Location is great One way in parking lot and one way out

The hotel is beautiful with bright, clean hallways and lobby. The suites were some of the best I have seen in a long time with everything you could want. The breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh with a great variety. The coffee was hot during all hours. The pillows were too soft and we could have used an extra blanket.

Our stay was great. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Honestly one the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. New hotel, room was clean, front desk was very nice during the stay. But the best part was this hotel actually was built with keeping the noise between rooms low in mind. Rubber door jams to keep hallway lights a noise low was an awesome find. Rooms were well insulated between each other, couldn't hear the neighbor or road noise at all. 100% will stay at this location again.

The place smelled very clean, breakfast was fine, location was excellent (short drive to the beach). I felt safe in the area and the front desk gave suggestions for eating places, which was appreciated. I do wish the sheets were a little thicker, they seemed a little thin. I had to change rooms because the tv would not come on, but that was a minor issue that was quickly resolved by the front desk. The coffee at breakfast was not very good (it was hot, just not the best flavor, I drink black coffee).

The breakfast was standard, everything was set up nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the morale seemed to be high. That is important because if your staff is happy, they treat your guests well. I felt very welcomed and I felt I could ask any staff member for assistance. That is what people remember the most! Their experience! My experience was great! What is the use of staying at a over priced place with unhappy employees and do the bare minimum because they really don't want to be there? little more attention to the bed covering and carpet cleaning.
