Suburban Studios of Wilmington

The room looked clean but there was insects crawling around the floor. The appliances looked out dated, the toilet wasn’t working properly. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else

Everything else was booked, and this was our last option would not stay here again

Creo que por falta de ventilación la habitación olía feo cuando llegamos tuve problemas un poco para comunicarme con la muchacha de recepción le incomoda que uno pregunte de resto la cama cómoda la habitación agradable la piscina excelente muy bien cuidada. la estufa de la habitación sólo servía un lado cuando llegamos una cama tenía un sábana sucia o manchada pero me la cambiaron hay mismo son pequeños detalles no más pero la verdad nos gustó mucho el lugar muy tranquilo para descansar cerca a la playa a tiendas todo a 5 minutos la señora morenita en la administración muy amable cuando hice el chek aut si me explico muchos detalles pendientes con amabilidad

Only complaint we had was there were a few roaches but being a 2 star motel you can’t expect it to be perfect! However we had a great 4th of July and the staff was nice and location was very convenient!! I would def come back

The staff was nice, but the property needs to be renovated. Our room was very dirty, our feet turned black from the floors. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and in the shower. There were cockroaches and spiders. The kitchen area needed to be cleaned.

The location was good . The room has the tabacco smell , the floor was sticky , the bathtub was white ashes . The sheets were not clean enough.

Bed comfort. Cleanliness, roaches everywhere, TV didn't work, AC leaked an absurdity amount in the middle of the night. Not all the staff, but only one lady that works till 3pm in the say shift that make the place even more miserable.

I didn't receive room service the next day

I would not stay here again. The room was as bright as the surface of the sun and the noise levels were incredibly loud. There were kids yelling past 11 PM on the property, lots of screaming, etc. The walls are paper thin. The floor made my socks black, the sheets are stained, and the light between the door crack to the outside was nearly a quarter inch wide so there were bugs. The only room left was a smoking room, so I knew I was in for an odor, but the sheets themselves smelled of smoke and I feel like better laundering would solve that. People loitered outside my room, which made me uneasy (solo female traveler). There were unleashed pets in the halls, and lots of dog piss on the stairwells. The front desk gal was kind and helpful.

Cockroaches EVERYWHERE on bed in bathroom. Bathroom and room stank sooooo bad. Worst place I have stayed at.

I didn't like that what I booked for king size and queen beds wasn't what I got when I got there

Nothing Toilet doesn't work, either the lock from the door. So we didn't even hesitate to stop for more than 20m. And they didn't even consider to give us other room.

Horrible stay. We walked in and turned right back out. Dead cockroach’s in the kitchen. Floors look like they had not been swept of mopped. What topped it off for me was the bathroom not clean and the LIVE cockroach I found on the pillow. The smell of the place was nasty. Had kitchenettes but you had to go ask for everything at the front desk. Very gross, will never be back.

Property could use some maintenance. Overall is pretty good, just some things are dated and wore out.

Reaked of weed and loud banging/ construction in the morning

I guess it was the memorial weekend crowd but lots of loose trash blowing about and also the pool is broken all you can do is stare at it and wish it worked. I hope this isn’t indicative of what the future holds because it’s not too bad a place, just needs some maintenance before it goes downhill too fast

nothing dirty a wreck

There were roaches running around, water damage to the cabinets, and the main door was trashed. It was obviously not cleaned before hand
