Good location. Has potential to be a good place. Liked kitchen area. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice Had roaches. Floors were very dirty. Lots of thugs hanging around outside our doors all night

Having a roof over my head, the tv channels. The pool. The waiting to get checked in was long, the customer service was not professional, there was broken equipment a stove that didn’t work with a very bad smell coming from the fridge and stove. The linens had holes in them………….. had to clean the air filters because of the smell. And there was definitely no sign of any cleaning.

There was no breakfast! The staff was very rude. Especially one individual!!!

Location and staff were great The only thing I didn’t care for is we only had 2 pillows on the bed and two sheets, no blanket. I was in a non smoking room but the sheets smelled like smoke and the smoke detector was hanging down so I grabbed a stool and connected back to the ceiling.

Very clean and close to university. No garbage can.

The room was not clean well and we never got room service or at least fresh clean towels. When I was looking at the rooms it said that the rooms had utensils and cooking pans but they had nothing. Also they had roaches.

Proximity and Price would be the only reasons to book this as a stay.

The little kitchen was nice There were not dishes to uses, a roach was found in the room, have not received any indication of getting the $50 damage deposit back.

The room was clean except the floor.. it was nasty.. my white socks were black from walking on the floor. Upstairs neighbor was very loud ly walking and stomping all night.. hardly got sleep had to sleep during the day
