TownePlace Suites by Marriott Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach

Our room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Everything was great except that the bathroom door would not close. It stayed open 3”. We realized it very late that night after an event, and since a family emergency had us leaving early the next morning, we were very distracted, and never even thought to mention it to the front desk on our way out. Sorry. Bathroom wouldn’t close.

It was very good. More than I expected.

Exceptional

The staff were very friendly and helpful but they clean the rooms once a week. I understand doing a deep clean but they didn’t give us new towels, sweep, or make the beds. They also didn’t take out our trash and kind of gave us a hard time when we asked for them to give us towels and to take the trash out. Again not the cleanest rooms and won’t clean it till after your stay.

The breakfast was excellent given that it was included in the room charge. There was enough variation to fit most dietary needs. Room had bad odor due to old garbage in sink and garbage disposal disposal didn't work. Toilet needed repair due to taking a long time to fill and shrill noise when flushed. Why wasn't this addressed prior to renting room? Was moved to another room after complaint.

Needs a chairin the room AND bedroom, something to put your luggage on- I used the ironing board- and they need to supply bath mats. Other than that it was much better and cleaner than 2 years ago when I stayed

Clean,friendly.

Room was clean and comfy, location was safe and convenient.

Professional and friendly staff. The hotel was spotless!! It was quiet and comfortable. Even the maid service was extremely helpful when my son became sick unexpectedly. They immediately sanitized my entire room and brought in fresh linen and towels. Thank you!! Nothing

Elizabeth was extremely nice when greeting me and checking me in. She made sure to tell me about the facilities and their location. The room was clean, cool and comfortable.

Passable

Everything was very nice

Location There were hairs and stains on the bed and towels. The parking lot is small, when I arrived in the evening there was a jet ski trailer and a truck in the parking lot, which took up a lot of parking spaces. I had to squeeze into the only free space and hope that they wouldn't scratch my car when they left.

Very quiet and secluded

This was an amazing place to stay!! Sleeps 5 easily with the Murphy bed style sofa. Clean and staff was so nice and helpful.

Excelente service and Room.

Exceptional

Room was not cleaned. Had to request towels on a couple of occasions

Great location and very clean
