Front desk and breakfast staff were very nice and helpful 💚 I always enjoy my stay 🙂

The staff were friendly and welcoming. However the room was not pleasant. Cleanliness was lacking, found strands of hair in our fridge. I had to call to ask if housekeeping could come by during our second day since they didn’t visit (it at least appears they didn’t) because we were low on towels and trash was piling up. They said they’d send someone the next day but beds weren’t made and just didn’t appear anyone had really been in to freshen the space up like at other hotels. The lobby area isn’t terrible. They have lemon water available but didn’t end up drinking any of it because of stuff floating in my cup. They also didn’t refill ever again until day 2 of our trip. pool seems fun but didn’t make it to it. Location is great I can say as it’s close to a lot of restaurants and stores. I don’t think I’d stay again.

One of the best features is that the rate includes free parking and breakfast, and the hotel also has a nice indoor pool, which was a pleasant bonus. The hotel is about 25 minutes from the beach, so it’s not the most convenient option if your main goal is to spend your days at the beach. However, if you don’t mind the short drive, it’s a great way to save money while still enjoying everything the Wilmington area has to offer. Overall, the price was very reasonable, the hotel met our needs, and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful the staff was great along with the whole atmosphere. The fact that the room was by the stairs. The doors kept being slammed

Room smelled like wet dog Bed very uncomfortable

I was very unhappy with our room. The carpet had multiple stains on it and the room was very humid. The floor in the bathroom and the front entrance had a thin layer of humidity on it and it was very slippery, it caused me to fall in the bathroom. Luckily I didn't hit anything when I fell, the wall saved me. I will be writing a review on Google.

Every thing was great

It was well lit and very clean! The parking was very tight.

The location was good. Easy to get in and out on the highway. The staff was very nice. Clean room. We got wet blankets, but the sheets were dry. The AC was continuously working to cool and dry the room, but the room was "wet". Nothing could be dried. This made everything uncomfortable.

Everything Nothing

Check in was a much longer process than it should have been. The air conditioner had to be kept on very low temperatures to keep the room from being too humid, and the bedding was not warm enough to keep warm. The elevators were extremely slow for there to only be two.

Staff were helpful and did everything out of way to fix TV in both rooms without signal. Phone not working in one of the rooms of our stay. Breakfast was ok, drink machine out of order. Had to buy our own., not too much to choose from. Too far from Carolina Beach about 25-30 minutes away
