Shady and the dining staff were great would def stay again

The picture are very deceptive, this hotel was run down and not well maintained. Our room smelled of smoke and bug spray. The carpet was discussing, my daughter wanted to know if sleeping in the car was an option. Staff didn’t seem to care at all.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean.

The staff is friendly and check in process was very easy. I believe the front desk lady’s name is Trinity - she was very nice and helpful. She helped me check in an hour early at 2pm. I was very tired from traveling and she definitely helped me out and made the experience positive and great! I would definitely stay at this location again.

The hotel was super clean, the inside is very nice and looks like renovations have been done recently. The staff was very nice. The parking lot was a bit small. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely stay again.

It was nice for the evening, wouldn’t stay for more than 2 nights.

Hotel is outdated with furniture and appliances. Should really inspect rooms after cleaning to make sure they are suitable and sanitary for guests.

As always the room was clean, the staff was wonderful and the property is well maintained.

Our reservation some how was cancelled through the third party, but when we got there staff were very helpful on making it right. Breakfast was good but get in there early bc the line for the waffles makes your wait long. For the most part it was clean, one of our comforters were dirty but we just didn’t use it.

Staff was extremely helpful. Typo with payment details and they fixed it right over the phone without the runaround. Also almost 15 minutes late to breakfast, but staff allowed me to grab a few items that were already put away.

During my very short stay I received some dirty (spotted) towels. The shower ceiling area had mold growing and the chairs in the sitting area were dirty. Major upgrades must be made to the rooms.

Our stay was overall a good experience and met our expectations. The room and furniture were not as clean as we would have liked. Our toilet also had a minor maintenance issue which resulted in some leaks on the bathroom floor. The staff and continental breakfast were great! I appreciated Edward, who gets up at 3am every day to prepare the hotel breakfasts.
