Staff super nice thanks to mrs.tracy and marquis very friendly and nice! Everything is needed they made sure to help! But the hotel needs to be fixed it has alot of roaches so that made my stay not so good! The roaches are super bad i had to shake out all my personal stuff before I bought it home!

Staff is nice property was outdated. There was a couple roaches in the room reported issue left was only there 20 minutes.
-
Mold on light shade. Floors were sticky.
-
Some of the staff were friendly. others, not so much. The property is not clean or very well managed or maintained and only one staff member was really kind and helpful. The general manager is basically there for a paycheck as far as I could tell and there was one other staff member that was reasonably helpful.

Multiple issues. I was forced to call someone to use their license for the second room even though I'm the one who booked both online
-
Very clean We had the room with a kitchen. No utensils or pots were in the room. I guess you had to ask for it.

Location was fine.. Room was decent..Customer Service was fine.. Utilized the laundry room.. Costs to use the machines was expensive..
-
The room floor was sticky and had kibbles and bits dog food scattered throughout the carpet area. We were surprised to find a roach. The visible live roach is enough for my wife and I deter from staying here if at all possible.
-
Staff was very friendly. Room and kitchen needs updating. Cleanliness is less than desired.
-
Hotel was very nasty and I paid $500 for one night. Had three rooms and they all were bad. Roaches mildew on furniture and bathroom tubs dirty, the rooms smell if they had by a water leak there.
