Hampton Inn Winchester N/Conference Center, VA

The property was very clean, access right off the exit. With the property listed as pet friendly, we found the surrounding grounds & businesses nearby were difficult to allow proper potty breaks.

There were a few areas for improvement. The body wash dispenser in our room was empty, but thankfully we had brought our own toiletries. We were also asked to leave the gated pool area because we had our toy poodle, even though there were no signs indicating that pets were not allowed in that area. In addition, the card reader on the pool entry door was not working, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, several staff members were very friendly and engaging. They took the time to recommend local places to watch the fireworks, which we really appreciated and added to our experience.

I highly recommemd this hotel.

Swimming pool was not available due to maintenance issues. Sure would of been nice to use since it was HOY out!

Our families stay at your Hampton Inn was miles above the experience we had at the previous hotel we had booked earlier in our trip. All the negative things we experienced at the previous hotel , you guys excelled in. My family felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

The staff were very cordial and helpful. We liked the layout of the lobby & dining areas. The food was great and the care packages made us feel cared for. The pool could have been warmer. :)

Nice, clean hotel at a good price. Comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We came from a wedding and had a lot of leftover food and part of a wedding cake, and the staff kindly kept it for us in their fridges. Breakfast was good- I appreciated all the toppings for the waffles. Excellent experience.
