Hampton Inn Winchester N/Conference Center, VA

Hotel hall smelled a little off. The hotel serves its purpose for our one night stay. Had what we needed.

The staff were very helpful and plesant Shamoia was great and ready to help with any needs.

Room was dated, needs some TLC. Staff was super nice, room had refrigerator, microwave and was spacious.

This hotel defines traveler perfection! From the front desk to the carpets and ice machines, every single corner is truly, wonderfully spotless and smells amazingly clean. Check-in is super fast with exceptionally friendly staff at the front desk. For breakfast, a dedicated team scurrying around keeps the buffet hot, full, and moving quickly for people trying to get back on the road. The sparkling pool looks incredibly inviting, the gym is super clean, and the laundry room features brand-new machines. This is a true 5-star oasis right off I-81 for anyone needing a pristine place to rest!

We needed to get back in our room after we already checked out. The staff person was quite helpful in assisting us and meeting our needs

The property was very clean, access right off the exit. With the property listed as pet friendly, we found the surrounding grounds & businesses nearby were difficult to allow proper potty breaks.

There were a few areas for improvement. The body wash dispenser in our room was empty, but thankfully we had brought our own toiletries. We were also asked to leave the gated pool area because we had our toy poodle, even though there were no signs indicating that pets were not allowed in that area. In addition, the card reader on the pool entry door was not working, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, several staff members were very friendly and engaging. They took the time to recommend local places to watch the fireworks, which we really appreciated and added to our experience.

I highly recommemd this hotel.

Swimming pool was not available due to maintenance issues. Sure would of been nice to use since it was HOY out!

The staff were super friendly and helpful! And the hotel itself was clean and had wonderful amenities.

Our families stay at your Hampton Inn was miles above the experience we had at the previous hotel we had booked earlier in our trip. All the negative things we experienced at the previous hotel , you guys excelled in. My family felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

The staff were very cordial and helpful. We liked the layout of the lobby & dining areas. The food was great and the care packages made us feel cared for. The pool could have been warmer. :)
