Perfect for the night

The first room didn’t have sheets. The second had someone in it. People smoking pot in front of the room and a guy with a pitbull making “round” on my level. I had to ask for a refund.
-
The room was exactly as advertised, the bed was comfortable. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.

The check in was quick, the staff was very helpful and knowledge about the area. The rooms were exactly as advertised. Parking was easy.

From the photos. It is not well maintained, and it is filthy. They have photos of a hot tub that is not even hot.
-
no curtons on the window to seal the blinds, so no privacy. only one partial roll of toilet paper.

It was decent for the buck but not super clean. My room floor was covered in a sticky residue and there were a lot of cigarette burns on the bed cover. Parts of the blinds were broken on the window facing the aisle so anyone could technically peek inside. Bathroom was clean and well supplied with essentials. Unfortunately the AC was pretty old and loud, I couldn’t sleep through it even at the lowest setting.

Friendly staff, nice room, the tv and plumbing worked as expected, good value — not high class, but comfortable

We stayed at this hotel on the 10th of May, while heading to Tennessee. The room was clean & had everything that was needed, even treats. The staff were wonderful! So on the way back from Tennessee we booked there again, BUT….. the room wasn’t very nice & smelled bad (cigarettes, this is a no smoking hotel with fines posted in the rooms) I have severe asthma so I notified the staff & they really worked hard to get me another room but sadly, that room was worse then the room I was given. We had to leave & went to another hotel. They refunded my room… All in all they are kind people who are trying very hard, the problem is that they seem to be a hotel / transient living (some of the men looked “shady”) & that doesn’t seem to work well. They need to be one or the other….. I cannot recommend this place if you have any breathing issues. If you do book, please notify them before arriving about any concerns you may have. They really seem to care & will do their best to make you comfortable & happy!

Very cute and well maintained, good vibes, friendly staff. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked nice! You can tell care is put into the place. It’s amazing that it’s so affordable! Will definitely stay here again when passing through!

The staff and even the residents were soooo friendly that I felt really comfortable being there. From New Hampshire to Texas I would have to say that they were the top hotels that I have stayed at. Very pet friendly also which was great since I do travel with animals. They even have an indoor heating pool which is great for relaxation after a long rides or during long rides..lol. They are doing reconstructing and making the place look better which is great. I know that it's an old place and they're fixing everything but I don't really have that much to say that I didn't like except for the bedding could be a little better.

This hotel is more like an apartment, shady kind of thing..window blinds not replaced and people can look at you while passing by. Linens not changed..if you want safer and not ghetto like, better in red roof in or quality inn

Good place

Property needs a face lift. Pool was closed. Noisy highway, just next to I 81.

Loved my stay there. Recommend

Clean older hotel. Great price.
-
Great. Staff is friendly. Frinedly people that stay there as well.
-
The pool was so warm and inviting. The staff is friendly. Room clean. Older hotel but very charming. Will return.

It appeared that many of the units are long term rented to less fortunate people, who were just roaming around their home turf. There is no ice machine, so I walked two addresses down to buy ice there. Not a good situation or value for travelers.

Overall I would say you get what you’re paying for. We arrived to the main office to check in and were met with multiple tenants loitering outside the building, smoking cigarettes and chatting with the front desk. First attendant was very friendly, and mentioned to us that the pool was working fine but the hot tub was out of order. We originally booked this hotel for one night to be able to see Winchester before hitting their pool, which seems to be the only one open for the season as of now. Either way, our first room appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Every countertop and surface was dirty, and the sink in the bathroom had residue in it. There was half a roll of toilet paper as well. We went to mention it, and the woman at the front desk was very kind, and gave us a room that looked to be in better condition. After this, we went to swim and had an overall good time, aside from the algae floating around in the hot tub nearby. Then, it rained. Pretty hard, and the power went out for a few hours. We had nothing else to do so we returned to the pool and swam for a bit. We asked a new individual at the front desk about the electricity, and they had no idea when it would be fixed. But, they wanted us out of the pool by 8pm. And, they sent some random man to kick us out at the said time? The second attendant was MIA after that. The power came back on after 8, and then went out again later in the night around midnight for another few hours. I likely wouldn’t return again
