Courtyard By Marriott Hartford/Windsor Airport

The hotel was nice and the lobby and room was clean. How ridiculous they charge $10 / day for parking. It is a regular parking lot (not a parking structure). I’ve never been charged to park in a hotel parking lot. This is just an average, run-of-the-mill hotel. There is a Starbucks in the lobby.

The room was clean, I loved that there was laundry machines available for guests to use. Ice machines worked and was so handy.

No pool, nothing to spend time wisely no kids not adults friendly, poor conditions

Location and bed comfortable The long walk to elevator and fact you could not buy wine after 10pm. We had gone to a concert and were disappointed we could not buy at the mini mart.

Older establishment needs renovation.

Rooms are cleaned every other day. If you stay more than one night, you have dirty towels the next day, a dirty bathroom, and an unmade bed. No warning was given by Marriott, the front desk, or Expedia as to this silly program. Expedia should resolve these issues. I think a pEtial refund is due from Marriott or Expedia

there was barley hot water in the shower, none of the dispensers worked in the shower. Could not get shampoo,conditioner or body wash out. The big ants crawling on shower curtain
