The stove clock was bashed in and the fridge was kinda broken already

Volveremos definitivamente.

nice stay

The room itself was nice and clean but the air conditioning didn’t work. We were moved to a new room only to find out the air conditioner didn’t work in the new room either. If you’re moving someone due to broken A/C maybe make sure the A/C works in the new room. It seems the staff would have offered to help us move a 3rd time. By then we were too tired to drag our stuff to a 3rd location. We shouldn’t have been charged for that night. It was 95 degrees outside and at least that in the room. The grounds were overrun by parties - which we are used to happening at hotels with pools near sports venues - but the staff was very inconsistent in rule enforcement. Some parties seemed to be held to more strict standards than others. I usually choose Marriott but this was a disappointing experience.

Rooms was spacious and loft style room is ideal for privacy of you have kids traveling with you. Kitchen was well equipped, parking was good, and location is right off I-91 which was also ideal. Front desk Staff friendliness was meh. They should definitely work on customer service skills. Also, stayed for 5 days…trash collection and housekeeping happened once…😬

The clean room everything was beautiful and set the people the Customer Service the breakfast was excellent. The stay overall was great. Stay there again.

Great place, but don't let the employees walk around the property smoking butts. Gross

The room we were put in smelled horrible, and the kitchen wasn’t clean. We don’t know where the smell was coming from, but we couldn’t stay in that room. They had no other rooms available, so the staff was very helpful in refunding our money.

1. The unit door was terribly difficult to open. The latch would not open with quite significant force being applied. This was true entering and exiting. At times we were concerned we might not be able to get out! 2. This was annoying but funny. After arriving and getting settled in for a 1/2 hour, we decided to hit the bed. After getting comfortable, there was a knock in the door, 3-5 raps. I responded, “we’re in here, occupied”. Not the person unlocked the door and started to enter anyway! As we were in bed, this felt quite a violation of privacy and was momentarily scary. I yelled again, and the door was closed. After another minute, the person knocked loudly again. I responded, coming”!!! I had to get dressed before opening the door tp see what was this all about. While dressing, yet another knock! Now we’re worried that something is seriously wrong. I yell again, I’m coming! Finally I get to the door, open it, to find a young man, perhaps early 20’s, who reached out to hand me a dish towel, and the parting words, “have a blessed day”! Really? All that for a dish towel?? Very bizarre, inappropriate, and created both a laugh and interrupted intimate moment.

clean room friendly staff quiet stay

The room was like a small apartment with a loft for a second sleeping area. It had plenty of space to relax and sit without feeling cramped. It was a cluster of 2 story buildings each with multiple units. There were no elevators so you had to walk up to the second story unit which meant carrying up all you belongings. Not bad but you need to know this before booking if you need a 1st floor unit.

We did not eat breakfast there. That the deposit is so high. Its higher than the room. Price. I do not understand why the deposit needs to be 2x more than the room. Other high end hotels do not have such a high deposit on their rooms. That needs to be revisited with management. Besides that the hotel is good.

Great and clean . Easy in and out stay

The location was okay. 1. The 2 bedroom suite rooms were not advertised as 2 floors, and one bedroom being a loft … not a room. 2. The HVAC was TERRIBLE. When we walked in, the HVAC was off and it was very hot. We turned on the system and it took hours to cool the first floor. Then we went to the second floor!!! The first floor was 75 degrees and the second floor was 87 degrees!!! We went to the front desk to explain the problem and all they said was “this is the first we are hearing about this.” No one came to assess or fix the problem. Ever. No one followed up on it. Our toilet bowl was full of black mildew spots by day 4 of our stay because the water in the bowl was so warm it was the perfect breeding ground for miserably hot and terribly gross. 3. The kitchen is truly severely LACKING - not even a full set of measuring spoons. We booked the place because we needed a place where we could cook. We could barely scrape a meal together. 1 knife. No cutting board. No measuring cups at all. The dishwasher bottom rack is lacking wheels on one side so every time we pulled it out, it pulled the rubber out of the side of the washer and it would no longer close. We fixed it over and over. 4. Our room was just smelly and dirty.

When we requested additional sheets, the replacement sheets provided were also torn. We spoke with the staff at the front desk multiple times, but they were not helpful or sympathetic regarding the condition of the room. We explained that we were traveling with children and that these conditions were not appropriate for anyone, especially a family with children. We were scheduled to stay for two nights for a dance competition. Due to the late hour and the lack of available rooms elsewhere, we had no choice but to stay the first night. I requested to speak with a manager and asked for something to be done regarding the situation, but the front desk employee stated he could not provide the manager’s contact information and would only relay the message. I informed the staff that we would not be staying the second night and asked not to be charged for that day. I also requested a discount or accommodation for the first night due to the unacceptable conditions and the hardship we experienced. The employee was rude and stated there was nothing he could do. I currently have a $900 charge on my account, including a $500 deposit that I have been disputing with the hotel. The entire experience was horrendous, and I will be escalating

We stayed there for 1 night and checked in late because we were at a competition all day long. The room was very outdated- old furniture- the couch actually had rips in it. Like cat scratches. The bathroom needed updating- shower had brown stains and the toilet was very weak along with needing fresh paint and the floors needed cleaning. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were old. I’m so glad we brought some of our own bedding! The room was extremely hot and I couldn’t adjust the temperature. We had to leave early in the morning so thankfully we didn’t spend much time in the room. I would never stay there again and the price I was charged was ridiculous. In addition to having to pay for parking.
