They label this hotel as a breakfast included but they don’t actually include it! This is my 2nd year going there and it was the same thing again. You have to pay $20-$30 per person. Everything else was great.

Nice clean room, plenty of towels. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The stay didn't match expectations. The only nice thing about the hotel was the shower and couch. While we understand sometimes guests can be unpredictable, there was a gymnastics competition, they were understaffed to handle the numbers, allowed drunk moms to be so loud it was ear shattering, and tons of preteens to take over all the restrooms with skincare set ups and unleashed dogs. If that many rooms were booked, management should have stepped in for more staff to accommodate. There was trash everywhere, we couldn't use the bathrooms/get to the sinks/literally stepped on skincare products. We tried to have a nice dinner at the restaurant, were sat at a table right beneath a dripping vent with uneven chairs including one 6" shorter than the others, and the server blew us off when we didn't order drinks. Several people who arrived after us were served before us by the same person--it took 45 minutes for one sandwich and soup, the order was incorrect (server knew immediately and didn't ask if there was a way to remedy it) and we were missing silverware. We would have ordered dessert but left because of poor service. I've never been to a restaurant where the server literally counted each bill in front of us, at the table, to see what we tipped (18%). We haven't gone on vacation in a year so this was incredibly disappointing.

This hotel has an amazing staff. From the shuttle drivers, guest services and restaurant some of the best staff I have dealt with. Not right at the airport but close enough.
