Clean room

We checked in around midnight. There were signs indicating that the property was being renovated. There was an odd smell in the halls and room but not bad. We got to the room and turned the tv on, which was mounted to the wall. Within a few minutes the tv fell off the mount and was hanging. The lady out front sort of apologized and moved us to another room at 1am. It was a long night, downsized room, and not that nice.

Spacious and clean. I liked everything.

I was not aware they would be under construction. None of the amenities were available. Not a great experience.

Stayed there the past 2 years during July 4th fireworks drama in my neighborhood. Stayed with my worried dog that is terrified of the big booms. This place was super quiet and met all of our needs. Will return next year also! N/A

it would be nice if this place had complimentary breakfast even if it was a cold breakfast like yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins just something to grab with your coffee

I had a king room for disabled people, and I wish I had better things to report. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with a full kitchen and plates/bowls for use, they met my accommodation, and the bed was comfortable… however, the hotel itself is in questionable condition, and I was welcomed in my shower to hair, and a spot of blood and … bodily hair on the toilet. It was obvious it had not been cleaned. I am immunocompromised, and this really creeped me out. I didn’t sit on the toilet seat at all. There was a small convenience store in the lobby, for which you have to pay at the front desk; when I needed to do so, however, the only person at the desk was busy checking in a line of separate parties filling the lobby. This is not the fault of the employee but of an inefficient system. The hotel had a strong smell from carpet deodorizer and of fresh cut wood from renovation, and the air conditioner in my room smelled moldy as well. My friend was staying in another nearby hotel and I was tempted to just go stay with her instead, but I am the kind of person who is too shy to raise a fuss. So, some okay things, but a really disturbing issue that I wonder how frequently that is - I would proceed with caution.

My recent stay was disappointing due to the poor customer service at the front desk. The individual who assisted me had an unprofessional and discourteous attitude throughout our interaction. Rather than being welcoming or helpful, they came across as dismissive and uninterested in addressing my concerns. A guest's first impression of a hotel often begins at the front desk, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the level of hospitality I expected. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve customer service and staff professionalism.

The worst of it was the BED BUGS AND LICE in the bedding and all over the mattress fabric. Do not stay here. Sleep in your car instead! It's not worth it.

The room was clean. Very close to the airport. They provided a shuttle when we landed at 11:45 PM. We called the property and they sent us shuttle right over for us. Easy stay! The property is under construction currently.

The only good thing about our stay was the ice cream place down the road! The room had a funky smell we couldn’t get rid of. It smelt like burnt seasoning. We couldn’t even use the kitchen sink because it had gunk in it and smelled horrid. The AC unit wasn’t keeping the room as cold as it should have. The fan in the bedroom did not work either.

Staff was super friendly and the check-in process was super simple ( I did book ahead though ) Wasn't much to not like. Everything was great.

The room and staff were excellent.
