Everything prefect…they just need an ICE MACHINE

We stayed at unfortunate time as they’re doing construction to the hotel. A lot of noise and debris, laundry and fitness room had some out of order. Pool was out of order as well.

Close your airport with very reliable shuttle service. Clean rooms

The main reason I like Candleweod suites is that their beds and pillows are the most comfortable. However, this time when I booked there was no mention of the amount of renovations happening. There was no pool, the amount of noise from hammering and squeaky wheels from the carts woke me up at very early hours. My door had to fixed three times. There was no helpful compensation or barely an acknowledgment of all the issues. There was no orange cones around the deep potholes around the property. At night you can’t see them until it’s too late. I had stayed here 5 times and each time got worse. Hopefully this place can get it together. However, I doubt I will try again.

Close to airport... adequate parking..... kitchen facilities were good ... large room.... clean The hotel was renovating and the smell of paint etc. was in the air. Also, noisy at times.. Dishwasher didn't work.

Location excellent with restaurants close by. Rooms comfortable except for pillows.

Very convenient to the airport. We took an early morning free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, and left the car at the hotel for four days for a small daily charge.

The hotel is in need of serious renovation

Our floors was super loud. I think because there was no carpeting every single sound echoed really loudly. We were in the middle queen single suite. Bed was ok.

It was clean. There was a burnt smell from the HVAC system and the smoke alarm kept going off. When I called the front desk, they told me they will inform the maintenance staff in the morning.

Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, close to Airport. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and good shower.

There was no breakfast; just coffee. Building was under renovation and we got a room that really wasn't fully done. No baseboards or threshold, paint fumes all over. No signage to identify the building anywhere.

Location was acceptable, receptionist friendly. They did not advertise that they were under construction, it was a mess, the parking lot was terrible and in bad shape. I am allergic to the glue they used to put the carpets down and the smell made me sick. I had to leave and I was not reimbursed for the night when I left in 15 minutes.

no carpets on the floors in hallway, elevator a mess. Loud tv when you come in across from the check in desk blasting Fox News. The first room I entered smelled like it had been cleaned with institutional grade epoxy and bleach. The next room was slightly better so I opened a window- I was visiting a client and didn’t need anything fancy yes but yikes. Iron and ironing board from 1979. Nice things- The lobby smelled good. The pillows were nice and new.

I have stayed at this property several ti.es over the past 2 years and as always staff was very helpful and pleasant. Property is currently undergoing remodeling it was still overall clean.

Great amount of space and kitchen for the price

Also the streaming on the tv kept cutting out. Overall we were pleased, bed super comfortable, though I ordered king and got a queen size.

Must be newly remodeling, but the staff was great and very helpful. Nice bed with decent water pressure. Worth the price as well.
