Called Holiday Inn’s 800# to ask about the shuttle and was told it’ll say Holiday Inn. They gave me local phone for HI and front desk said NO, it’s LAZfly shuttle. At 1:00 AM you want to know who’s picking you up. HI Express and Suites Bradley Airport. Otherwise good - clean, ez check in check out - free shuttle close to airport included breakfast. Would stay there again.

It was overall ok experience. Staff was helpful. But there was a certain smell in the room. Location in close to the airport so that was it was convenient but it wasn’t like a great location. Breakfast quality wasn’t that great.

I didn’t like that the room smells like mold

It was decent. We were there only one night so it was fine. The amount of options was good. Had we been staying for several days something a bit more personalized would be better. The mattress was extremely hard. Need a happy medium. The bathroom was clean but needs some major updating. It was straight out of the 80’s. Also, there was no toilet paper holder. The roll was just sitting on the back of the toilet. That was very surprising!

Room smelled like cleaning chemicals. Pool was not great. WiFi wasn’t strong. Airport shuttle didn’t have the hotel logo on it, so we couldn’t identify it upon arrival.

We booked this hotel after arriving at an alternate reservation at an alternate hotel that we felt incredibly unsafe at. The staff at the Holiday in were very helpful in getting us all set up for a four day stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the neighbor hood was nice and close to amenities. I would absolutely suggest a stay. Also, even close to the airport you do not hear the planes really so don't let that be a deterrent.
