Clean room and breakfast my two top choices

Hotel was nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The pool didn't have any towels but when we asked they got more. We like staying at these since they're consistent around the country to be clean and have a good breakfast.

First time in Boise for a family wedding and stayed at this surprising hotel. Booked a room with a view. Check in to check out, this place was an easy flow and staff from front desk to dining were especially pleasant and extremely accommodating. Room service did a great job on breakfast, and dinner @ the Riverside Grill was very good. We found the pricing quite reasonable. There were a couple of additional options in food we didn't have time to take advantage of, one outside. The room was sparkly clean, well appointed and well stocked. Beds were firm but comfortable. Nice touch on the robes for use at the hotel as well and the safe for valuables was unexpected. Happy to find the room was a decent size with a sliding glass door to a little patio and small table with two chairs outside that overlooked a nicely groomed grassy lawn with views of the riverwalk in the distance. Hotel is quite large and it can be a walk to get to the front but they even had a shuttle between areas if you need it and happily picked up and dropped off. Traveled with my adult daughter but will say there were lots of families with children enjoying the amenities. I've stayed in many 5 star hotels over the years priced accordingly. For the money, I'd put this property in the highest star category for its class.

Nice gym The pool wasn’t heated

I needed to be in one of the Handicapped rooms (101). Absolutely nothing electrical worked except the lights and little refrigerator. No A/C-Heater; no TV, no fun! It was a later night check in for me, I was exhausted, and I wasn’t up to change rooms once all my luggage was there. This is really unacceptable, even though renovations were happening. The room should have been fixed before placing a customer there!!!

It was nice and clean and up to par plus the employees were kind and helpful. It was also super close to the stadium we were going to and also nearby food and beverage stores We had to get the ADA room since it was the only room left and it happened to be right near the pool and entrance which is nearby a main road as well so it was noisy and a little hard to stay asleep in the early morning but other than that it was a nice stay and I’d choose that location again in the future just preferably a different room

Late check-in well received. Quick, efficient. Excellent value for the money!
