Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport

I fully understand and accept the need for this. I did not spend anything on incidentals. I asked the staff on the front desk when I could expect the $100 to be returned to my account - the standard answer is 3-5 business days. Despite one request by messaging the hotel direct I still haven't received the monies. I view this as very very poor

It is always great. Any time we fly we leave from Bradley. We spend the night before we fly and the night we return at the hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Very good food, whether the take out area or the dining room.

Room was so hot because air was barely working. Water barely got lukewarm during shower. However room was clean and room service was quick and great.

Exceptional

Very convenient to airport, which definitely is handy for early flights. However, rather expensive for only middling value.

After a late arrival and no food all day it was great having the restaurant open and able to grab food. Thanks!!

Great stay

It helped tremendously that the hotel was connected to the airport. I would highly encourage others to consider going that route if you have an early morning flight.

Best located airport hotel I’ve stayed at

Front desk person male with the name began with T….maybe Taylor….not very helpful. Front line people need to be trained better and have a heart for customer service. This location twice now I’ve noticed a decline. Clam chowder was not good either.

I booked through Expedia and when I arrived the attendant was no where to be found. Waited about 10 minutes and he came over to check me in saying they were overbooked. Offered no options or apologies….

Probably the best place to stay in northern CT

We did not expect to stay at this hotel but our flight was postponed till the next day and we were very thankful there was a nice hotel available to us. Given the circumstances, the price was fair, the hotel is very convenient, and the rooms are nice. There was even a limited but good menu for dinner. Next time we have an early or late flight I will consider this instead of the nearby hotel shuttles.
