Springhill Suites Marriott Airport

The workers and staff was respectful. The only thing that I did not like was the pool was shut down.

We loved everything, except the sliding glass panel bathroom doors! If someone had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night it woke up everyone because it was so bright and lit up the entire room.

Rooms aren’t super clean and everything just felt damp.

The hotel was fine, though there were no wipes in the exercise room to disinfect the equipment.

The room was fine and the breakfast was slightly better than average. There were no towels in the workout room or wipes to clean the equipment.

The front desk staff was exceptional and attentive to my needs! I didn’t particularly like the area it was in, but that is no fault of the hotels.

Overnight stay for early flight -- free shuttle to airport was a win - it came on time and hotel was only a 3 minute ride to airport - hotel was clean and updated

This place is wonderful! They have a great breakfast spread and really care about their guests, making accommodations when available! Rooms are super clean, comfy beds, and spacious layouts!

Staff was friendly and room was clean. We were very pleased with shuttle service to and from airport. Entry area with breakfast and coffee a lovely spot for starting your day. We will definitely stay at this location in our future travels.

Much, much smaller than expected! No where near what I am accustomed to when booking a "suite". More honesty regarding accommodations. Pictures are extremely misleading!

Very large room, staff is very friendly

3rd time staying, staff is great, all day coffee is welcome. The only issue is the outside grounds and building need better maintenance, give it a better overall appearance.
