Awesome place to stay for vacation

Our stay was good! It got what we needed for a short stay visiting Winslow AZ. The staff was great especially the front desk staff! They were friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome!

That alone made us feel like the property was dirty although the sink was very clean, and new. We thought we might have been given a sub par room because we had a pet. We were told they were in the process of a renovation, and are waiting for permits.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Beds are hard and quite uncomfortable.

The staff were great, very nice and helpful. The room was dirty and the bathroom was horrible. The area outside was not safe. Breakfast was bagel or waffle. Not good. Hot tub was broken. Would not recommend and definitely will not stay there again.

While the staff were gracious and our room was clean, the property needs major upgrades, top to bottom, i.e. our fiberglass tub was so worn the bottom was cracked, the bathroom fan did not work, the plumbing for the bathroom sink was not done correctly so the sink had trouble draining. Also, the pool room HVAC needs major overhaul; the skylights appear moldy.

I think pet-friendly hotels need to say whether there is a deposit or additional fee for each pet - upfront. This was the fifth hotel we stayed at and we paid a shocking $50 extra per pet to stay here. Other hotels either didn’t charge, had a low fee per pet, or a requested a refundable deposit. I’d have checked elsewhere rather than add $100 onto my one-night stay at check-in (I’d already prepaid for the room through Expedia).

Our ac in our room struggled to get room cooled. Jacuzzi wasn't working but pool was cool and clean. Breakfast options were good. Staff was friendly.
