The Winslow – Winslow, AZ

This hotel was super clean and convenient on our trip. Rooms were comfortable, but the bathroom fan runs constantly. In all the rooms. So we kept the bathroom door closed. There is no lamp on the nightstand between the beds. These things are unusual and I didn’t particularly like, but I’d still pick this hotel again :)

The bar/restaurant did not even open until 4:30 pm. Should have been opened at least by noon. Had to go to town for lunches after a long drive in. Not acceptable. Closest in the room was a complete joke!! Made of particle board with no lighting over the coffee maker just open space. $100 charge for incidentals!! What incidentals- there was nothing in the room to even begin to worry about incidentals. Least they could provide was cold water in the refrigerator. No instructions on how to work lighting in the room. No lamps for reading like a normal Hilton by the beds. No extra seating for more than 1 person staying in the room. We had 2. No table or chairs in the room in case you wanted to have meals in your room. Hair dryer sounded like it would explode at any moment and vibrated in your hand that could be considered a safety hazard!!! For a Hilton property extremely disappointing and the price we paid for one night given lack of hotel amenities and the fact our check in person had no clue what she was doing will make me look somewhere else. I am a Hilton Honors member and will not be recommending this hotel for a stay.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean hotel. The free breakfast the best I’ve ever had for this hotel market segment.

room was ok. remote didn't work, dog hair on sheets, breakfast taste was terrible, dog fees outrageous. Stay in Flagstaff if you can.

I always enjoy staying at the Winslow. It is updated, clean, spacious and feels like its own little special community. There is an on-site snack and necessities pantry that has things like microwavable meals, candy, phone chargers, etc. As well as an in-house restaurant for dinner (open from 4p until about 10/late 10pm) that’s right next to the breakfast dining room. Both kitchens use real plates and utensils etc, and breakfast offers a nice variety of things to choose from, including fresh fruits, yogurts (the yogurt brand options seem to change somewhat frequently - they had Chobani one time and a different brand this time), plain oatmeal with fixings, eggs, sausage, potatoes and bacon, brioche and wheat toast options along with bagels and muffins, as well as juices, etc. The room itself is spacious and has nice storage, comes with an above average mini fridge, tea & coffee, & a closet stocked with an extra blanket and an iron. They have a little dog park outside and outdoor seating. I always feel safe at this hotel and the staff have always been wonderful :) There are also two, nice, gas stations right beside the hotel for easily fueling on the way in or out, and the gas prices seem to be generally pretty good. This last time I stayed, it was the lowest price I’d seen along the highway for a while! Pictured: I also really like their new, wooden key cards! Very nice ??

This was a very nice hotel. We stay in alot of hotels and this was a 5 star for sure.

On the morning of arrival, the front desk was asked whether the property offered EV charging. The staffer replied he did not know. The second staffer at check-in also did not know the type of charger (e.g., Tesla destination charger, ChargePoint, etc.). She even had the audacity to state that EV charging has nothing to do with the property. In fact, ChargePoint administers the service and it is the property that determines the electricity rate to be charged.

Easy in and off the highway and a quiet location even though it is so close. My room needed some repairs. None that made it so I had to change a room but I did tell the manager about them on checkout and he seemed genuinely listening and planning to check it all out.

The only thing that concerned me while I was there was I forgot to lock the door and somebody use their key card to come in around midnight they could’ve gone very bad for that person. If they were to fully come in my room I did notify the front desk.

Very new and clean hotel. Excellent registration and staff was courteous and helpful.

Newer, clean hotel. Spacious room. Great breakfast. The staff were all so nice and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel.

the breakfast was fine. probably would have been better had we gotten there a little earlier. it was warm but a little bit old. we had a couple drinks the night we stayed. the bartender was friendly and professional. the room could have been better. there was a note to use dark colors for makeup removal and one dark hand towel, instead of at least two wash cloths. also we had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom. I found some trash on the floor between the bed and the lamp. Not a big deal, it was just a post office receipt, but still. the maid should have checked the whole room.

We had a great stay, comfortable beds, good breakfast, good shower. But the highlight for us was the courtyard. They had bocce ball, pool table and another game along with patio seating and fire pit. It was a great way to unwind after being on the road and my whole family (teenagers included) had a good time’
