Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon

The Wilderness resort brings back much nostalgia because I used to visit there all the time with my family as a child. Now, my husband and I want to continue the tradition with our family. This place has everything the whole family could want on a vacation. From the waterparks to the arcades to food, they have it all. We have already made so many great memories there, and we highly recommend going! Just remember they do get very busy during peak season, so if you’re looking for a more laid back version of the Wilderness, we recommend going during their off-season! Also, be sure to check out the downtown (our favorite restaurant is the Dell Bar) as well as Devil’s Lake State Park!

our room would not cool down stayed at 78 degrees while outside was just about the same temp . use the text line they raved about . no response or a stop by. 2 night stay was very uncomfortable for me and my family . very disappointed. seemed they had more security then they had maintenance staff . also if you book through Hotels.com be prepared for a time share sales pitch right at check in ! very disappointed with my stay . stayed here several times but this stay was just a waste of money on my hotel stay . paid to dollar because of the car show " was not attending that " . just very disappointed

Always a great stay at Wilderness facilities. My only complaint is the 10 am checkout.

The rooms are amazing comfortable everything you would need to feel right at home Some people were very loud late at night but its kinda expected

Our particular room was close to the elevator which was convenient. The only downfall was that when we stayed there it was too cold for us to use the outdoor waterparks so we did have to walk quite a ways to get to the indoor parks. I highly recommend bringing a wagon or a stroller for this purpose. Out deluxe condo fit our family very well we had 4 children 11 and under and 3 adults

Property offers many things to do! Prepare to walk - it’s a hike to the waterparks, activities & restaurants - or you can use the shuttle but during busy times it’s a wait. All in all my favorite place to stay in the dells!

Did not stay at the place I reserved as I was told my reservation was moved to a different hotel. I received no voicemail or email on this change. I wasn’t made aware of this until i tried checking in with my family. Was told by Wyndham and Expedia that i am unable to get a refund and there was nothing that i can do. Not happy at all about this.

Room was clean. Some staff are ok. we did not use hot tub or do laundry

We were not able to stay. We got to the hotel and our reservation was canceled without them notifing us. I even contacted them in the morning to confirm our reservation and was told they had our reservation. We had to scramble to locate a hotel. We were offered another hotel 5 states away in Tenn. They canceled our reservation without contacting us that our reservation was canceled.

We were supposed to stay her but last minute they change our hotel. They called us the day we were supposed to check in. Instead we got a room with just beds no kitchen or living room. Also we didn’t have access to a waterpark. Very disappointing weekend.

We had a deluxe condo suite booked and paid for at the Wilderness resort in Wisconsin Dells. Upon arrival, after being given the runaround, we were told we'd been relocated to hotel off sight. Our deluxe condo with kitchen living area and separate bedroom turned into a double queen hotel room. And, we were charged a resort fee. We weren't given a suite even though they were available at the hotel. Extremely dissatisfied.

Very clean friendly staff. Alot of activites but be prepared to walk to the water parks dependi ng where your room is. The walk is however all indoors.

We went from a sunday to Tuesday in hopes the waterpark wouldn't be so busy but boy where we wrong. It was very packed and thankful for the adult only pools. Our 2 bedroom condo was at the glacier canyon and it was beautiful, the only complaint was the people above us letting there kids jump and be obnoxious from 5 am and i did call and they made them aware which made it worse. But the 2nd night no one was above us which definitely made for a better night's rest.

Everything was pretty good. Carpet in room was tattered and torn in areas. And the parking is atrocious even in the middle of winter. Good luck in summer finding a parking spot within 500 yards of your room.
