They had rooms available even though it was last minute. The rooms felt small and there was no microwave in room to heat food

Very clean with reasonable prices I recommend for someone on a budget.

Unfortunately this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. When you walk into the room, there's a mildewy moldy smell. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean so I think the smell was coming from the carpet once being wet and never fully dried. When I told the front about the smell, they offered to come clean the bathroom but the bathroom wasn't dirty. We ended up staying the night thinking that the smell would kind of dissipate but it didn't. It didn't help that the air conditioning kept the room a nice 76°. She stayed nice and toasty during the summer nights. I was disappointed to find out too that I went to go dry my hands and the towel was dirty. I had the hotel booked for two nights but I ended up checking out early because I couldn't stay there another night with the smell he was making my allergies and sinuses grew crazy.

The rooms were clean but really no amenities. Breakfast was a protein bar and coffee.

The staff was kind, the room was clean, but I really wanted to enjoy the pool and their pool was out of service. When I asked staff why they couldn't give me a good reason. The parking lot area needs some renovation as well. As the gravel was extremely broken in, in certain parts of the parking lot. It doesn't seem the host any food at all. I know I didn't pay for food but why have a dining area and no dining. I believe for the price I paid I should've been given more. It's not worth the price especially if the amenities are going to be out of service during my stay.

• We wanted to move our reservation day by one day, but they wanted to charge us an extra day fee even if we just missed the cancellation deadline by a few hours; poor customer service made us regret our choice booking at this hotel even before setting foot in the hotel and the following events proved us right • Front desk sent us to a room that was not ready for occupancy; sheets and pillows were still piled up on the beds, room was dank and musty. • Room we finally occupied also had a musty smell upon entering which never went away even with the A/C on, the only saving grace was it was in a quiet area • One room key did not work, we asked for a replacement and were surprised that an ID was not requested to do this (front desk clerk was different from the one who checked us in). He did not even check his records. • Bedside room outlets were loose and did not work • WiFi is non-existent • Their website states that the stay includes a "free full breakfast"; a Nutrigrain bar, coffee, tea, or juice is hardly the definition of a full breakfast • Unfriendly front desk staff, not even a smile or greeting; neither did they even ask if we had a pleasant stay during check-out • “Resort Fee” of $100 will take 3-4 days to refund; as of this writing, we have not received our refund; pool was covered at that time, so why even charge a resort fee? SAVE YOUR SANITY, BOOK AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL OR B&B

The manager was terrible with a very bad attitude was threatening to cancel our reservation when we booked it online Very rude and unprofessional . she called me during the day when I was at work and sent a email if I didn’t pick up they were going to cancel our reservation . Room was ok , pool wasn’t open . No breakfast served as they said it was included .

Nice staff - amenities not so great.

There was coffee or tea And a neutral bar that he held on in the front that you had to get one from him It’s the month of June and the pool wasn’t working

I paid for a king size bed and they didn't have any so they gave us 2 double beds and wouldn't adjust my price. I expect a reduced price for credit

Room very clean. Nd staff was excellent.

Rainy cold day so room was also quite cold. Did not stay for very long, accomplished goal of having a room to change in before a wedding. Room was clean but perhaps old smells remained.
