I had a great experience.. I was worried the tub in the suite was gonna be gross cause it was a little out dated with the jets! But it was awesome .. so clean and so nice. I’m def a hotel snob and I will be staying again 100 percent!

Check-in and check-out process was quick and the staff were very friendly! Free parking was available and the beds were comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. It was great for a quick night or weekend to just relax and enjoy my time. Bar was great and the bartender was super friendly. The rooms were nice and bigger than I expected. The pool was great too and accessible!

The room had a bed bug, also the front desk did not explain that the room was in the basement. The room did not have a window, except for one into the hallway. The property was not up to the standards I’d expect to see at a Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn express, it was more Super 8, Motel 6 or other discount chain quality. Also the lights in the room are an awfully bright white instead of a more comfortable yellowish light that would be easier on the eyes, making reading a book or newspaper very difficult. The restaurant was nice, (they said that they were under different management than the hotel to my co-worker).

Even though I only stayed one night, my experience was incredible. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast voucher was a great touch and made the stay even better. I would definitely return.

We had a delightful stay during the hot week of World Cup. The staff was so kind and cheerful.

Potatoe bugs when we walked into the room which had a slight urine smell to it which I told staff about right away but we stayed in the same room

Rooms had bugs, the AC was not working on arrival at 10pm on 90*+ day. Promptly checked out and went to another property close by. As guests were departing the fire alarm went off. On the front end of travel the front desk checked in our guests who were delayed due to flight cancellations. This prepaid non cancel stay was partially refunded. Would not recommend, however staff did try to help.

Very low water pressure toilet had to be flushed twice every time

Rooms were very clean, staff was helpful and friendly! Breakfast was fantastic! Parking was simple.
