Best Western Premier Plainview-Long Island Hotel

Great stay, will stay at Plainview again. Only thing is there was a miscommunication with the check out time, the reservation email said noon, but staff at the hotel told me 11:00am, other than that would stay again.

AC wasn't that cold but otherwise it was good

The property was easy to get to. It was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was generally inattentive and inexperienced. The maid staff was responsive and efficient. The cafe was understaffed, but what staff there is was hard working an helpful.

This hotel was very nice! The shower was huge and nice. The bathroom amenities were wonderful. The bed was comfy and the room was generous. Extremely nice for the money.

Convient Dirty outdated

Conveniently located in Plainview to town, restaurants, the highway, gas station.

I had to extend my stay unexpectedly, and the staff was beyond helpful.

Beds are comfy air condition very loud in room.Pool was not usable for 2 days of our stay. Reception not very friendly .

Clean spacious room. The breakfast was pricey for what was available. Also this should be disclosed at check in, that it’s not free. Overall good stay.

Nothing First, the Hotel Agent lied about not seeing how name when we had a confirmation number for the night. It was clear the way he was acting he was going to get more money than our discount rate. He wanted to know where your agent booked us, and what price?
