Exceptional

Room decor was bland. Peeling paint on window frame, stains on carpet. Overall though appeared clean.Large room with a king bed. Could of had a small table with 2 chairs for morning coffee. The room certainly would have accomodated the same. The restaurant was more like a cafeteria. I was very disappointed. In fact , left a day early. Would not recommend. Would not book there again.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, it’s modern, clean, comfortable and the location was ideal.

Few draw backs, the air conditioner worked just a bit loud, not enough hooks for anything 1 hook in the bathroom on the door which wasn’t too helpful and shower pressure wasn’t great. They offered another room, but declined as it’s nothing able to be fixed. They would have given a bit of a refund, but since I went through 3rd party booking they were unable to do so.

Convenient, good price and good restaurant on site

The room was very clean. Pool area is small but works fine. Loved the outside patio area with fire pits. Definitely recommend this hotel for this area.

The air conditioning in the room was good, but quite noisy. We had to turn the fan on constantly so that the intermittent on and off didn’t wake us up. Otherwise, the room was clean with a microwave and fridge, which was very useful. We did ask for different pillows and an extra blanket which the staff accommodated very promptly. A+ on the service.

Ridiculous process to call the hotel to try to stay a second night. Your phone menus and AI and remote reservation service are poor and not designed to help anyone.

We stayed here for a wedding so there were a lot of our friends and family staying here and next door (same parking lot) at the Homewood suites. It was $20 per person for a continental breakfast here (not complimentary) this was very disappointing and I probably wouldn’t have booked here if I would’ve realized this before. Our family that stayed next door had free breakfast (same stuff) it’s strange because they seemed to be almost the same hotel just a different style room (larger) While we were there they must have had a water pipe break and leaked all over the first floor, it made the hotel smell like Mold so bad it was almost unbearable to walk around down there. The housekeeping here were not kind at all, no smiles, no hello. If you asked them for something they almost seemed inconvenienced or bothered. We were there for 7 days and only had them come in once, I wrote a note to please leave extra towels, they didn’t. So when I got back late that night I had to ask the front desk. Usually housekeeping is the best, definitely not here! We also had a neighbor that seemed to like really loud music at 1am every night, so we had to keep calling the front desk to ask them to turn it down, obviously not an issue of the hotel or staff but still super inconvenient and especially with small children.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hotel. The staff was welcoming, professiona and willing to help. My room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained making it the perfect place to rest and recover after undergoing surgery earlier that day. Even though I was in pain the quiet atmosphere and comfortable accommodations made my stay much more pleasant. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and attention to detail, which made me feel cared for during a difficult time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful and enjoyable experience.

The room is clean, staff were helpful and pleasant. The restaurant has a good breakfast for purchase. However, there’s no lunch and dinner menu was not good and expensive.

No frills but all you need for a place to sleep! Food was good. Rooms were clean. No complaints!
