Loved this hotel would stay again!

Finally a hotel that I actually felt like I was on vacation. My only complaint is there is no free wifi. Other than that. Amazing stay. Will definitely come again.

Enjoyed the stay. Rooms were large for an extended family. Breakfast was well done and plentiful. Great variety of food. Would definitely stay again.

Our studio was perfect and so was the staff. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

It time for a furniture update. The chair in the seating was raveling.

Breakfast provides a wide variety of options. The food is prepared and presented well. The facility is emasculate well staffed and maintained. Carpet needs updating. The color is dark, disinteresting, depressing and a bit musty smelling. It also creates a problem for your less mobile guest by being a "trip hazard" and preventing guests from easily rolling their luggage throughout the hotel.

The queen bed was too doft. The furniture was old and the chair was raveling, we asked for a sheet to cover the old chair. Staff was great, breakfast was good on Sunday, good food.

Pipe line was probably broken Water restored after few hours No room phone working When staff checked line was dead Staff told many room lines are not working Laundry detergent dispenser was not working

Great customer service

Our room smelled awful of mildew that we had to keep the windows open all night. We were on a strict schedule and didn’t have time to make the staff aware until late that night so we just roughed it. In the morning we made the front desk aware and was told to call the manager the next day since she wasn’t available at that time which would be after we checked out. I left several messages for her and never received a call back. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will continue to try to contact the manager now through email or escalate it if needed

No issues at all

The front desk staff Denise and another woman (?) were amazingly helpful in getting my suitcase shippped to me after I left it in the lobby. They suggested that I send them a FedEX shipping form which they attached to the box they put my suitcase in. I had my suitcase within 2 days. Thank you!
