My family and I had a great time. The only thing that would be better is if the pool was warmer. It was extremely cold. The air conditioning was freezing! Yolanda at the front desk was extremely sweet. Thank you!!

From service to experience it was amazing. Location is unbeatable, valet parking was a breeze, from door man to reception to bell man was exceptional. Also $40 daily dining credits were super handy for exploring restaurants at hotel. Views from Broadway lounge was unmatched. Rain or shine you will get the best views while enjoying meals at the broadway lounge. We cant think of any other hotel when we come back to nyc. Also, room with timesquare views is highly recommended. You wont regret it!

The bed was super comfortable. The pull out bed was just the opposite my kid said it was so uncomfortable. The gym was nice as well.

The room was neat and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Yes. I like it. Only make sure avoid 1066 -1064, near the door. Even midnight. People open and close door so aloud.

Stayed twice and really loved it but the second time the pool was dirty and the water smelt bad.

The room was extremely noisy until 1 am when the bar closed. We asked to be moved but they said no other rooms were available. They should not be allowed to rent rooms were sleeping is impossible.
