I was asking information for Party for my son weeding but the fromt desk was answer rudely? If they could help us fing the person to show part room and give us more information.

Hotel is outdated. The gym equipment is old, handles are all sticky. Water cooler had no cups, told them three times but never got cups. Area is not clean and smells. Hotel walls are so thin, u can hear the noise from people talking and walking by. For the amount we paid, it was ridiculous how horrible the hotel is. @500+ a night, this place should be giving 4+ service!!! Instead we got ZERO!

Kitchen was very slow for dinner, people who ordered ther same food as I did received their food before I received mine, same order, bartender witnessed this and had no explanation, she was frustrated about it as well.

Perfect stay!! Will be back!!

Liked the room and the bathroom. Grey aesthetics in the bedroom lobby and closet was appealing. Open shelving also a good idea. The room was small but the stretch of windows overlooking the Walt Whitman road gave it an intimate feel and allowed good sunlight. Plenty for plugs all over was very helpful. Work space was decent. Under cabinet lighting was very appealing and calming. Layout is a bit chaotic. But manageable. Did not get to use many amenities.

We loved it, thank you all.

We stayed here for 4 nights and were pleasantly surprised. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean Room and indoor facilities; the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a bit strange because it lacks windows. Instead, there is a slider door out to a common walkway. When the drapes are open there is no privacy. When they are closed the room is very dark. If I were going back I would suggest a room with windows. That option was not offered to us at checkout, so that is disappointing.

Central location for attending a wedding. Events in Manhasset, Bethpage, and Melville - all easily accessible. Uber to/from JFK was $95.00.

The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. There was an issue with the AC on the first night. The maintenance guy came and changed the air filter.. it was still very hot. We got our room switched. The ac was the same. The thermostat in the hallways were set to 70 but read 80. Everyone is spoke to stated their rooms were really hot. I would not stay here again for that issue

Stayed only one night , but experience was pleasant

Very expensive place to stay With not even free WiFi - charge or $12 per day 😂😱 holy crab No breakfast !!!! Standards are from 3rd world countries I will not recommend this place Rooms are ok Nice and clean
-
No. Ac in any room. For 500 dollars a night I think they should have offered a discount or at least a night stay to make up for that but instead I guess they wanted their money regardless. Not happy

Great service

Location was convenient to different parks I needed to attend Noise was disturbing with some kids running around, there must have been a teams gathering at the same time I stayed
