Clean and beautiful. Stayed for one night and it was amazing. Definitely would recommend and would be back! Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The lady at the front desk checking people in was outstanding . She was very customer focused and told us great places for dinner ! Some noisy guests in the hall .

My room was on the second floor with access to the atrium. Very loud.

First, this is a name chain hotel with beautiful common areas--atrium, lobby etc. Second, every staff member was unfailingly helpful and guest-focused. We needed last minute lodging following my late-day discharge from a local hospital. We saw this hotel had a "mobility accessible" room with two queen beds which, despite the cost ($225/night), met our needs perfectly at that time. At least on paper. The room we were given was surprisingly small and had no exterior window. But the "mobility accessible" room--barely big enough to navigate with my walker--did not have an accessible bathroom. Not a single grab bar. The doorway was not wide enough to allow a wheelchair through. A stand-up shower stall with one stationary showerhead and no grab bars. It was very difficult and I was unable to shower at all. Aside from this disappointment, there was a $15 fee to use hotel wifi. The refrigerator in the room was tiny and there was no microwave. Not even a clock. The overall decor was nice but this cramped, under-equipped room was one of the most disappointing accommodations we've ever endured.

The hotel was wonderful I just don’t like they made you pay for WiFi if you weren’t a member.
