Location, staff courtesy, bed comfortable, restaurant. Bathroom vents were dirty. Looked like mold (not saying it was). Chipped paint and molding. Suggest you try to perform a maintenance refresh through the facility focused on these types of issues, that is beyond day to day basics. For $400 a night, room should be in better shape.

It is already past the breakfast start time, which is normally 06:00 AM. This applies to travelers with early departures who have a booking that includes breakfast but need to leave before service begins.

Room was well designed and bed very comfortable

The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff was a little disappointing. We asked for clean sheets because of a situation And was pretty much told to do your self. We were given the sheets.

This was a quick 1 night stay for our family. We had 2 double kings size bed rooms and couldn't been more happy with all. Unfortunately didn't have enough time to use all the great looking amenities like pool etc. For sure if needed we'll be back :)

The hall way had holes in the wall and fixtures hanging off. They used a drill at 8am and the lawn was being mowed at 730am. The room had a damp wet floor. The window in the room had no screen and it could partially open. The room was really gross. I have stayed in nicer rooms there. I was very surprised and it cost over $200! Horrible

Breakfast was top tier Hotel needs more luggage carts for more efficient and timely check out

Felix one bed room was very spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was organized and well prepared. Wait staff was attentive. I’d come back with my family.

Property location was perfect for our plans,Hotel is a little dated but very clean with great staff at front desk,restaurant (really loved their Ruben!)and bar.

Wish they offered for contextual breakfast

Great place to stay with many amenities. The restaurant, pool, hot tub and proximity to many other places in the area.

Front desk staff was amazing

No breakfast, a bottle of water $3 No microwave Every thing

The room was so far away from the lobby, the elevators were slow and full on the days we were there for a wedding and made us late a few times arriving to important events.

Front desk help was wonderful. Woke up to litter and noise and messes in the hallway and every part of the building. No tissues, no soap, rusty trash container in the bathroom. Curtains did not close because of missing curtain wand so it was not possible to have darkness. Hotel seemed aged and not in good shape.
