Very clean and well maintained

This is a very comfortable hotel with excellent staff

Parking was easy , they have a great Bar and great bartender. The staff at check in were very hospitable. It was just an overall great experience. I have stayed in many hotels on a regular basis and this is definitely on the top of my list going forward.

A great location. A staff member by the name of Melanie was very helpful upon our arrival. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon checking in was told that the rate was not eligible for benefits such as daily meal credit. Also the room was not made up for the first or second days of the stay. Overall was very dissatisfied with the stay.

Hot tub did not work

Was in room 521 my room after me was incredibly noisy and its was like 10:45 Couldn't sleep. Went to use hot tub on day if checkout Was ice cold , as well as pool. Pool outside was warmer Very Dissapointed for the quality of Hilton Hotel

It was a nice comfortable stay however my television did not work during my time there as well as no hot water only warm shower’s.

I was very disappointed for a huge hotel like that the heater ain’t working around the weekend and that’s the moment for a lot of customers and events. Hot tube not eat and the inside pool was cold like Alaska. Bad experience

Enjoyed my Stay there. Room service was terrible. Called many times for towels but no one was bringing so I have to use. My daughter’s used towel.

Room furniture was a bit beat up they should update it was falling apart and leaning to the side (the dresser area). Besides that hotel was clean staff was friendly. room location was nice.

Party in the hallway all night long . Didn’t sleep at all . Next time I’ll sleep in my car

I give the Hilton 2 stars and Expedia 10 stars.

Unfortunately, the second room presented additional issues. There were no towels available, and throughout my stay it was unnecessarily difficult to obtain basic amenities despite multiple requests. For the first two days of my stay, my room was not serviced at all by housekeeping. In addition, the bathroom experienced a flood, creating further inconvenience and concern. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit malfunctioned, impacting the comfort of my stay.

The overall hotel is very nice but sadly upon my check in they informed me that the ac in all the rooms were not working. Now I can understand stuff happens but to pay $500 a night with no air is crazy. I wasn’t offered a discount or even an accommodation at a sister hotel. I understand that Expedia is a third party but something should have been done but instead they wanted to collect their 500 dollars and have multiple customers complain. Not very happy with that. The least they can do is offer a night or discount something to make that right!

The rooms were hot. There was no air-conditioning. I ordered a fan. It was noisier than a car. It was so uncomfortable unable to sleep. My daughter wound up with a full-blown migraine and miserable. At those prices, the air-conditioning should’ve worked. I don’t recommend a location.

I didn't like anything There was no air conditioning and it was really hot because of this. The room fridge didn't work. The shower water was cold.
