All the rooms are suites. They are very clean and new. Will come back.

It was amazing to spend time in this wonderful Hotel. ❤️ Five years I spend 2 weeks there every summer and feel that I like it more and more. Perfect food, very clean rooms, spa. Everything for us!

Beds comfortable. Our room was large, cool and clean. Catering was a bit disorganised- only three croissants at a time seemed to appear at breakfast - if you weren’t there when they came out you had to wait until the next few were cooked. Cutlery ran out quickly. Dessert in the evening was fruit or cookies - same fruit as at breakfast - nice, but a variety would have been good.

Everything Nothing

This is our most favorite hotel to stay at when we’re on Long Island. The breakfast and dinner they serve Monday - Thursday is very tasty. Their rooms are perfect for long or short stays.

Coffee machine and cookies in lounge. Attended a wedding on site so perfect! Heated pool! Reception service was amazing! Bartender and waitstaff in the afternoon. Checked in at 3ish went to lounge area, ask bartender how she was doing and very flatley said "living the dream" started we wanted to get something to eat but wanted to eat outside. She said she would send someone over, waited 10 min went back inside found waitstaff who said he would be out with menus, waiting another 15 min said person never came. Ended up just going out to get something.

I wouldn’t recommend this lodging and definitely would not stay here again. Front desk staff was not at all helpful during check in, he gave me the impression he did not want to be working there. One morning I called the front desk for dishwashing soap, waited 1 hour before I called again because it never came. Second time I called, I didn’t know when they came because they hung the bag outside my door. This hotel has no exterior ramps for handicap accessibility. The only way a person on a wheelchair can enter is through the front door! If you have heavy wheeled suitcases, you’ll have to carry it up the exterior stairs before you get to the main floor. Only plus is the kitchenette but definitely not well stocked.

Breakfast is ok if you don't come too late, but the one dinner that came with 2 night stay was hamburgers which were over cooked and tasted like straw. The other choice was hot dogs. Really not worthy of this nice facility

We also did not like the hallway after parties and the noise at night. It sounded like noon at ball game! Then Sunday morning before 7 am the people down the hall seemed to be having a multiple room, open door family reunion, lots of hollering, cackling, and loud laughter, with god knows how many people. Very inconsiderate. Where was staff or security? This went on over an hour. Sunday morning, at hotel where it seems like the majority of the people, are there for events, some of us, want to get some sleep after a late night.

The hotel was great.

Check in: mildly annoyed desk agent would not check me in, spouse name on reservation. Ugh. I booked Expedia so I didn’t think to add myself. So, we are at an impass. But no! There’s an answer! Just call here on your cell, and have her tell us it is ok for you to check in and add yourself to the reservation. Done. Fine. What was the point of that stupid exercise? But, I have permission. Great. Agent then makes a weird production of taking out latex gloves, snapping them on, TO TOUCH MY ID. Ok . Whatever. Hotel is like 1/2 a city block square. I ask: how do I get to my room? Reasonable question. I ask because I see on the way in there is parking all around the hotel. “It’s up the stairs or elevator to floor 2. Follow the signs.” As I walk 5 minutes, I realize I should have driven to the back of the hotel. One of the most bizarre passive aggressive check ins I’ve ever had. Shampoo is a soap bar. Weird Have to ask for hair conditioner (wife’s issue) Weird Breakfast was Ok, but not special. Breakfast area espresso machine was nice. I suspect this is a local event venue, and I’m not local. So Won’t return.

In addition, the wine bar was not open most times. It has the opportunity to be a great place, but is sorely lacking!!
