The Inn At Fox Hollow Hotel

The decor and condition of the hotel and its location to surrounding shopping, dining etc I told them when we left that many of the outlets in the room did not work or were very loose . In addition there is a door stop on the bathroom floor by the shower door that could very easily be stepped on & is an accident waiting to happen. The door stop could be replaced with a hinged one on the door to avoid that.

This certainly an upscale facility. Not the Four Season but better than most places you would stay. It is all inclusive so Dinner and Breakfast are both included. The Breakfast was way above in quality in what you get at most included breakfasts. They had omelets, bacon/sausage, pastries, pancakes, etc. It was definitely a high end breakfast buffet. Same for Dinner, they had sirloin steak potatoes and a variety of other choices - I focused on the steak. Our room was very large and comfortable. It had a walk in shower which I liked very much. The staff was friendly and responsive to our request. We had a very pleasant stay. Nothing. Everything was great.

We like this hôtel. It has been the 3rd year in à row we stay there with the kids. Just à great place !

Everything about the hotel was very nice. The only thing is the dinner. All the food on the buffet was unfortunately cold. Also, there was nothing to drink except coffee no cold drinks.

The place is spectacular. The staff is amazing and the food is delicious.

From the moment we drove into the hotel lot, we saw a beautiful building. Checking in was very easy and our room was large enough for a sitting area, kitchenette area with microwave and coffee maker which we did not need nor did we use, but was a nice amenity. It was very clean and housekeeping kept it that way. We had lunch outside on the first day on the patio by the pool. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and the staff cleaned the tables when guests left. There are complimentary dinners Monday through Thursday, but we had plans outside of the hotel. There is plenty of parking, and it is free. We're looking forward to returning there next year. we would have liked a room closer to the elevator as my husband has difficulty walking.

There is no free water on the rooms to make the coffee, you'd have to buy the bottled water.I guess there might be a few fountains somewhere, but we did not ask. I would go back, for the price you have a nice, comfortable experience, and the food is great.

The breakfast was good and the restaurant was also good. However the staff was not bad, it was OK. The staff was not friendly, that was less than my expectations.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was a great touch. Not the best dinner but free is good!! Pool was nice. A little crowded but nice. Didn't get the Expedia Gold member perks, but would still stay here again in a heartbeat.

For the price, this hotel was underwhelming. Big room but it needed updating. The layout of the bathroom and bedroom was awkward with the sink area right next to the bed. There were no hooks for hanging anything on the bathroom. It was also a difficult hotel to navigate, both inside and getting into and out of the property. The staff was not welcoming and did not provide any helpful information at check in. The location was ok for us since we were visiting the Oyster Bay area. I would not stay here again.

All the rooms are suites. They are very clean and new. Will come back.

It was amazing to spend time in this wonderful Hotel. ❤️ Five years I spend 2 weeks there every summer and feel that I like it more and more. Perfect food, very clean rooms, spa. Everything for us!

Location - central and easy to find. Beds comfortable. Our room was large, cool and clean. Catering was a bit disorganised- only three croissants at a time seemed to appear at breakfast - if you weren’t there when they came out you had to wait until the next few were cooked. Cutlery ran out quickly. Dessert in the evening was fruit or cookies - same fruit as at breakfast - nice, but a variety would have been good.
