Carpet floor is sticky.

The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything tidy. The lobby staff also did a nice job keeping the breakfast area clean and well stocked throughout the morning. Overall, everything else was okay. This isn't a five-star hotel by any means, but it was a comfortable place to sleep, shower, and spend the night. For the price, it met my expectations.

This establishment was suppose to be a smoke free zone. It was NOT. The room smelled strong of cigarettes. Mold was in the shower. I had to wipe down everything with Clorox wipes. Rugs were filthy including room door. Toilet was dirty, the toilet top to the tank did not fit the toilet and was left with a gap. When speaking to the front desk, the employee was nice and willing to help right away, however she wasn’t able to do much. Manager was not on premise and was unable to reach according to the front desk to resolve this situation.

The place is in a great location. Staff is very nice. The biggest problem is The room is outdated and old. Pool was closed. The showerhead was horrible. The tile and tub were old. Really could be an amazing place if they just renovated the rooms. Dont think I'll go back unless I have absolutely no other choice.

The stuff is excellent and courtiers. But the facility is poorly maintained. It requires some TLC. The floors are cracking and everything looks so low quality. I’m so embarrassed to lodge there. The name Best Western tricked me. Never again.

Breakfast needs some additions. Rooms need to be cleaner

Overall, a pretty good stay. The price was reasonable for 3 nights. Location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Good tv access. Continental breakfast was decent and coffee was available 24/7. Good restaurants around. Our major issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom area, the carpet and it was clear that the mirrors and tv screen had not been cleaned in a while. Shawnee at the front desk, was professional and helpful when we inquired about the cleanliness and offered some solutions. We would likely stay there again.

Excellent but breakfast items are inconsistent. Bagels are really good though and plentiful.

Checked into room the TV was not working, the phone was not working. The refrigerator was not working. Walked down to desk said someone would be there in 30 minutes. Got a knock on my door after midnight a young man who was not dressed professionally at all looked like a street thug said he was there to fix TV. Do not recommend

I checked out a day early and found that this property isn't a good fit for my needs.

Was nice

The grounds were kept very well. We received clean towels every day and the bed was made up. Even though we did it ourselves before leaving out. The hotel is outdated. The carpet was soiled and the room had a stale smell. The room and bathroom were cleaned The coffee machine in the main office dripped constantly and brewed poorly. The breakfast sandwiches were hard every day.

Friendly snd helpful staff. Clean room and premises

We checked in late 6/19 and upon opening the door it smelled like mold and musty. We travelled all day so we made the best of it and crashed for the night. We had no hair dryer to use after showering and were told there were no extras and that “People steal them”. We had NO blanket on our beds Two thin sheets not even a comforter. The room was dirty and didn’t even appear to have been vacuumed and even found dirt and bugs . The bathroom shower and vent were full of mold. We woke up early for a reunion that we couldn’t even get ready for. We returned late again. I have severe asthma and felt my lungs reacting. My throat was burning from the moldy smell. After our second night I couldn’t even breathe. I was wheezing and coughing from the moldy smell. I had to use two different inhalers and I still had to go to the urgent care . I was given prednisone. I immediately called the front desk after I was finished to tell them I needed to check out early. The girl was pleasant and said she completely understood and apparently they get a lot of complaints about a moldy smell. This room was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at, and I’ve done tons of traveling with my children for travel sports. Unacceptably smelly and dirty. It will take weeks for this asthma flare up to calm down now. Very disappointing for the nice area it is in and now I am not feeling well for the rest of my family visit. Do NOT stay

Room was dirty. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t want to sit on the bed after taking a shower. I felt like I’d get dirty again. We booked 2 nights and decided to leave after one and eat the cost. Place is embarrassingly bad.

The staff is very nice and helpful

First thing, this is a motel and I was under the assumption we do not stay in motels. Parking is limited. The beds are so small, the shower was filthy. Also my TV did not work I asked for another room the clerk hesitated and said they are sold out. By the looks of the number of cars I do not believe they were sold out. I believe she just did not want to go thru the process. Overall horrible.

Even though the property wasn't exactly as close to where I needed to be I was completely satisfied with my stay

I like the price, compared to other options in the area. It is an old motel, that shows it's age. The pool was closed ~ which was not disclosed on the motel's website. It has clearly been closed for a while too. Not cool.

El desayuno que te ofrecen es el peor que he tenido en los 26 años que llevo en este país y que acostumbro mucho viajar, el primer día llegué a las 10:58 am y me dijeron solo tenían dos personas para limpiar y mi cuarto estaría listo en 30 minutos después al otro día al desayuno lo único que había era una máquina de café, jugo naranja y unos sandwich helados, no me quedé la segunda noche porque no me sentía bien estando allí la tercera noche regresé a quedar me y en la mañana fui a desayunar había croisant duros viejos agua café le quise dar chocolate a mi hijo y salió agua cuando fui hacer el check out la de la recepción estaba agachada y ni me miró me dijo que dejara las llaves allí de verdad nunca me había sentido tan mal en un hospedaje
