SureStay Plus by Best Western Woodbury Inn

Had an issue with the incidental coverage but it got cleared up. After that it was good.

Extremely outdated property.

Everything about the environment i liked. The room cleaned. The breakfast of different things. The staffs very friendly. In general i enjoyed my stay and will visit again.

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is about some guests talking in front of our hotel room's door at around midnight when we were trying to sleep.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and very comfortable. Always a nice place to relax and feel at home.

I responded "summer??" The response was "well it's closed all year". When I took a hot shower, it set off the smoke alarm that was placed about six inches from the shower. The towels were very inferior quality. On our third day of the stay we returned from a long day in the city to find our room untouched even though I left the make-up room notice on the door. No staff available to make up room. The front desk gave me some fresh towels, Staff friendly but could not make up for the poor quality of this site.

Facility was run down; staff not friendly

This is one of the worst BW hotels I ever experienced. We, family of 4, booked for 3 nights stay travelling to NYC from Toronto, Canada. This hotel is not livable - the room and washroom are moulded, and the carpet is completely dirty and stinky. To suppress the stinky smell, they put a chemical air freshener which was intolerable. My daughter was having breathing issues and it was too late to move to a new hotel. I immediately informed the hotel desk and they didn't do anything. We cancelled the booking and moved out to a new hotel next morning.

Was happy that they came in and cleaned the room every day and changed the sheets. Receptionist was really friendly and explained all the policies. My mom appreciated the coffee and pastries in the morning. Will be back next year for our annual convention. Location was excellent only three minutes from where we needed to be.

There are ample parking space available. The cleanliness of room is not that great, carpet needs to be replaced on the 1st floor.

Very poorly done hotel

The advertisement of the hotel was completely fake! What they had advertised and what it was day and night! They should refund my money!!!

There was a musty odor. There was a hole in pillow case and blood on one of the towels. The rugs in room were very dirty. Was not worth 250.00 a night.
