The Cape Fear Museum and the Cameron Art Museum are both 9 miles away. Discover Lumina on Wrightsville Beach, a reimagined resort that draws on the storied history of a beloved beach pavilion. Designed in a bygone era to showcase the marvel of electricity, the original Lumina shone so brightly that sailors navigated their ships by it – and generations of beach-lovers navigated their social lives around it. We recapture that spirit today in a resort space lit with camaraderie, beckoning visitors and locals alike with dazzling hospitality. Every guest room here enjoys an ocean or harbor view; most have balconies and some have bunk beds to accommodate families better. Recreation opportunities abound, with three pools and direct beach access, a hammock garden, a beachfront fitness center, and a full slate of onsite activities and entertainment. The best food on the beach is right here, too, from fine cocktails and cuisine to bar bites and local brews at our three onsite dining options, Solstice Kitchen + Cocktails, Longboard Coffee + Market , and Surfside Beach Bar & Grille.

Shout out to Brenda and Allie for being super nice and helpful.

Beautiful property- oceanfront deck and area is relaxing and peaceful; we had a family reunion and triathlon weekend and the accommodations couldn't have been better for our family if 8, age range 12-60; definitely recommend

The hotel had easy access to the beach and has a pool, there’s a bar right by the pool and coffee bar right in the lobby. It’s so convenient. They don’t have a lot of garage parking but there’s parking uncovered. The staff is great at the front desk, housekeeping, the shuttle service. I will say the food onsite for breakfast wasn’t bad, but the wait staff was not as friendly. The room was very clean. All in all it was such a great trip! They do have a resort charge $30/night, so just keep that in mind!

Everything was amazing. We had ocean front room and it was superb. Plus on the 7th floor. Great views
-
Beautiful scenery! Coffee at your fingertips! CLEAN Water on tap all the time! FRIENDLY STAFF! Extraordinary views. Hammocks were amazing! Would have liked some live music on a weeknight. Would prefer a salt pool and live music or events during the weeknights.

Special shout out to day server. Older woman with gray hair. Terrible with names but she has a special place for her kindness. Thanks for all

Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bedding, clear blue ocean, clean beach, beautiful views, and easy beach access. The only issue was the elevator situation. The two elevators inside the lobby were working Friday but one was out of order after Friday. Which made the wait for the elevator longer. But nothing to truly complain about it. I think there was another elevator in the parking garage. I just never used it.

Staff was very friendly and room was super clean. The hotel was right on the beach and the pool was well maintained. There was only one working elevator and for a hotel that size the waits were very long.
