Air conditioning was very noisy. Room was ok but looked like there was a leak from above.

Excellent staff. Breakfast food was okay although strawberry kiwi juice was no better than colored water.

Very disappointed in my stay. My husband and I have been using this hotel for the past couple of years. It was great until this last trip. I arrived to check in around 4pm and was told their systems were down. I was unable to check in. I came back to the property around 8:30pm and finally saw people were checking in. Receive my room only to find my room not clean. Dry contact lens and hair in the bathroom and to top it off a cockroach in the wall. The staff was friendly but you can definitely tell this place needs renovation. Pool was decent. This will be my last time staying here.

Everything was great, I don’t mind not having housekeeping every day but if staying longer than a day, more towels and garbage pick up. I asked and it was done

The outside of the hotel is cute. It's located in a wooded office park. It has a pool area that seems great although we didn't have a chance to use it. Beds were comfortable Staff doesn't smile, rooms are small, bathrooms are outdated, elevators smelled bad and were heated even though it was almost 100 degrees outside. Doors to the lobby don't open automatically so that might be difficult for some, especially with luggage

The property was pretty clean. Beds were tiny, and the shower had some water pressure issues. Overall, it was very clean. The staff was amazing, and they had these little ducks for kids to find and get candy. It was very clever and added an activity for our fun.

A nice looking hotel but the room could so with a makeover as it looked a little tired. Good facilities, didn't use the pool but it looked great. Several restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast.
