Residence Inn by Marriott Wilmington Landfall

The room was filthy.

Bad

Superb

The room was clean, staff very helpful, and having a full kitchen made our stay even better. Amazing complimentary breakfast!

The pool was awesome and clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The room and the bed was very comfortable. The pull out sofa caused more stiffness in the morning but was expected. Would stay again but not use the sofa bed :)

It was very clean, staff were very polite. Breakfast was good and the hotel is in great location with a lot store and restaurant near by. Close to the beach easy to get around and to the airport.

The rooms are very clean and nice. The beach is only five minutes away with excellent shopping surrounding the hotel. The public areas need a little better upkeep, but I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice the pool and recreation areas, the lobby etc and the location were all good and the staff were nice and helpful. There was a tear in the carpet on the way to the elevator that concerned me someone could trip

Not so good: The ac unit in my room was kind of loud.

Loved how the hotel was only 1-5 minutes away from stores and food, even a food lion right around the corner! The staff was super helpful and always cleaned the room and helped you with what ever service you needed. Loved the security they had at the front door after hours made you feel very safe! The pool was big and clean and the grills were awesome as well.

Great place and good breakfast choices.

Enjoyed our visit, staff was friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning and kitchen staff.

Very family friendly!

Very clean, great location and very helpful staff!!

Exceptional

Only thing I would change or recommend is having charging stations in each room. That would make it perfect!!

The location and the size of the suite They only cleaned our room one time during our four night stay. I had to call to ask for clean towels because they skipped our room for no reason
