Homewood Suites Wilmington/Mayfaire

Suite was very spacious and beds comfortable. Air was cold a little difficult to regulate. Staff very friendly and eager to help in any way.

Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. The pool and grill area could be maintained a little better. Room were clean.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly. The property does to look to be due for some upgrades. The location was great with restaurants and stores in the area. We were close to the beach. No major complaints. I would stay here again.

Carpet smells and room also smells

The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was clean. The pool was also nice /clean. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The elevators were not working for majority of my stay, the washers and dryers use card (no change or cash) when I used them they took my money from my card and didn't start. I had to pay again to get it to work. So I'm out $6.50.

I have been staying at this hotels for many years and this was the first time that my room was filthy and it smelled like someone had just cooked in it. The hotel just got renovated a few years ago and it’s already looking run down.

So, this is a very nice hotel in a great location near restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers. It's also very close to W,rightsville Beach. They have a bar onsite, which is very nice. The outdoor pool area was decent. They also have great parking and several alternative keycard entry exit doors to assist with getting to the parking area. My room was nice and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! They offer breakfast but I opted out so uncertain if it's decent or not. Noise control is horrible. Whom ever was staying above me was up walking, running, and jumping all night long. It appears people lack common courtsey these days. This went on my whole stay. Guest services was notified but there were no vacant rooms I could go to. Maybe consider placing guests with kids on the 1st floor. It sounded like they had a trampoline in there. Just running and jumping all night long !!!. Some of us enjoy travel and a good time. Rest is also important. Minus the noise control it's a decent hotel. Its questionable if I'll ever go back.

It was ok. Pool area was clean and the room was comfortable. Good enough for one night but would go back and stay there again.

Pool was closed the first day as was the bar and that was the whole reason we selected this hotel. Also, booked two queen beds and got there and was told all they had left was a king. Imagine if we had four people with us. And if check out is at 12 breakfast should be till 11. When people are on vacation who wants to wake up early like you are headed to work.

Only complaint is the bed was hard as a rock.

Everything about this place met all of my expectations! The fitness room was great, the pool and hot tub area was a treat we enjoyed daily. One day, the outlets in the vanity area and the fan/light in the bedroom went out along with a problem with the entrance door not closing easily. I reported it that morning and by mid afternoon when I returned, all of the issues were resolved in a very timely manner. The front desk staff were always willing to assist with any questions I had. I will be staying with this hotel again in the future!

Service was great!!! Super comfortable, the a/c had great setting and u can control the temp from the room and the rest of the suite separetly. Loved will use again when I come back to visit.

A lot of things seemed outdated and grungy. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The TV in our room didn’t work, we told the desk and they didn’t come fix it. There were stains on the carpet, and our floor smelled like a portapotty the whole trip. Our room was big though, and the common areas are nice.

Everyone was great. Check In and chexk out was smooth and easy. Will absolutely be staying here doe our future visits.

Excellent stay! The breakfast had a wonderful variety of options, making it easy to find something everyone enjoyed. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. We had a great experience from start to finish and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this hotel!
