Beautiful hotel. Love the pool and easy access to the beach. Ocean side was a beautiful view. Friendly staff as well. Would definitely recommend.

Almost everything you need can be found at the resort, food, rentals for chairs, Surfboards, etc. No smoking anywhere

10/10 experience! My sister and I absolutely loved our stay. Everything about the hotel was excellent. We’ll definitely be back. Special shoutout to Emily—she was such a girl’s girl! 💕 Super sweet, welcoming, gave us great recommendations, and kept checking in on us. She definitely made our stay even better!

Awesome hotel with a gorgeous beachfront

This hotel is located right on the beach which is the best part! Our room had a direct ocean view with a balcony which was great. The pool area and pool were very clean and convenient but there is a lack of staff at hand. If you need a drink or snack you have to leave the pool area to get it yourself. I am not sure what the daily "resort fees" are for since this does not feel much like a resort. The beach chairs and umbrellas which you have to pay a daily rental for are a bit old and could use an upgrade. I think they should be included since you are paying the resort fee every day but there is an extra charge for each item no matter the time you rent them. We were charged full price even though we got them at 2PM one day and they get removed at 5PM. The food at the hotel restaurant is just average, I would most likely skip it if I ever returned here. The free shuttle service comes in very handy if you don't want to use your car and are just going a few miles away. Each of the employees at the shuttle service were awesome, friendly and went above and beyond! I was not at all satisfied with housekeeping dept. I had to ask for towels and for our garbage to be emptied. I would get text messages saying our room couldn't be serviced because we had our DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door when in fact we did not! Even when I tried to schedule housekeeping we still came back to a room with unmade beds, towels on the floor in bathroom, hair in the tub etc .

It’s a nice quiet place and I love how everything was pretty much close by and I loved that the beach was right behind the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the shower pressure it could be better.

The staff was welcoming. It was such a beautiful view!! In the most suitable location along with having restaurants, bars, coffee shops in the same building. One of the elevator’s was down at the time.

Only one elevator was working for the 5 nights we were there. Evidently, the part to fix the elevator has been ordered, but had yet to arrive by the time we left. Staff was knowledgeable and personable at the front desk and at the restaurant..

Beautiful location, easy to get to the beach, clean One elevator was not working and we were on the top floor so sometimes we had to wait a bit longer for the elevator.
