Front desk lady was very polite. Could not access the pool or ice machine.

We booked a suite with a jetted tub and were told we’d been upgraded — we were not. The room had a strong odor, bad enough that we had to buy an air freshener just to stay in it. The toilet was unusually low to the ground and felt unsafe. The tub/shower had chip repairs painted over and looked unsanitary. The “superior” bed felt like lying on bare springs, and the bedspread was visibly dirty. Overall, this was a downgrade from what we paid for, not an upgrade. No jetted tub! Would not recommend.

The keys worked. The Air conditioning went out during our stay. They were doing remodeling and the old beds were left out in the parking lot. The TV only worked if the remote was in one position. The breakfast no coffee or orange juice..

Breakfast was fresh, AC worked fine, room was clean
-
Ice machine was out of service

Our room was overlooking a stack of old mattresses that the staff was replacing right in front of our door. TV did not work. Room was clean but old.

Don’t waste your money. Roaches. No soap. Mattress dirty. Did not sleep well. Complained to the front desk about the roaches. While we out for occasion maintenance entered our room with out permission the put poison for the roaches. Breakfast horrible. No coffee. Waffles ok. No eggs. Very cheap bread.

I requested extra coffee twice and never received any. I went to the front desk twice and they said housekeeping would deliver to my room, but they never brought any. The front desk person gave me some being housekeeping didn't deliver.

1. The reservation was a bait and switch, the pics they use for Hometwon by Red Roof are the pics of the Red Roof renovation, which is deceptive, fraud, misleading. Check in was eh the guy was uninterested. 2. The rooms smell pretty bad. I had a room with hard wood and it wasn't mopped or smelled as if it had been mopped. 3. The pool wasn't open for use. Except on our day of check out we saw people able to use ut. 4. The beds and mattresses are absolutely at least 35 years old. The bring box sqeeks and is yellow from age it's gross. 5. The one sofa chair had gross stains on it. All they have to do is use fabric cleaner or upholstery cleaner and disinfect. I did buy lysol disinfectant to spray the room entirely and wipes to clean the night stand. 6. The television remote did not work. We couldn't sign on to see anything because the Little 28" TV they had kept freezing. We tried turning it off and back on but it stayed frozen weren't able to relax and watch anything. 7. The continental breakfast isn't worth the one block walk from HRR in the blazing heat. PROS: 1. The room had a lot of counter space with 2 sinks as we were trying to get ready for a wedding all the family was going back and for from each other's rooms for one reason or another. 3. The front lobby is immaculate cool clean renovated. 4. It had a full sized slim fridge 5. Good parking spaces. 6. Checkout lady was sweet listened to our concerns and suggested a review.

I have been booking here for out of town fun for several years, and I can honestly say it's been getting more and more cleaned up. I have told a couple employees how nice it looks and how everything is coming together very nicely. It's in a fairly decent spot and walking distance to almost any fast food, or sit in restaurant. The mall is right down the road. Very convenient. The room was nice and clean. I love staying here, I definitely need a punch card. LOL.

Ok so this place need major renovation in the room. Everything's old, the furniture is chipping varnish and paint coming off. The bathroom's old and needs refurbishing. It also could use a better cleaning. So if you're just going to stay for one night cuz you're in town for a concert like we were okay. But if you're going to stay longer I would say stay somewhere else. Also the jacuzzi does not work it looks like a bomb hit it. All in all like I said we got back from a concert at 1am ! So we were only in this room long enough to sleep and go to the bathroom.

The room was well cleaned. Good size for a motel. The free breakfast didn’t have much; waffles, toast, bagels, coffee. Only regular cows milk was available to make cereal/oatmeal. I didn’t use any of the other amenities. I would stay again if I was in the area.

This place is a dump. Misleading in booking because the room 238 had a window facing a wall, same when switched to 336. The place is abandoned with the lobby in a hotel nearby, impossible to find. Do not recommend at all.

Not so good. Not our type of hotel. It seemed dirty

There were no roaches or bedbugs in my room, but they don't have the pool available for use.
