Property was a dump

There was hair in one of the beds, water stains on the ceiling, paint was bubbling near the ceiling with mold visible, and the ceiling was peeling off. The heater/air conditioner did not work, the wall around the unit was peeling paint and the patch jobs that were done were horribly done. I have pictures that I can upload as well if needed. People were running up and down the hallway at all hours of the night, so sleep was horrible. The bed was comfortable, but the hair threw us off.

The rooms smells like cigarettes, the beds were dirty. The guy at the front desk couldn't fine my reservation. It was so terrible that I decided to lose my money for my reservation and go to other hotel.

Drapes had holes in them, there was a roach bug in lobby walls in room were dirty

It was not as I expected, the bed was not done when I arrived. I had to find the housekeeper to get the bed sheets for the bed

Had to switch rooms because the first room flooded after a shower. Had to ask numerous times for towels. Jason was the only person there that actually tried to fix issues.

Worst hotel I have ever been to!!!! Exposed electrical half of the electrical didn't work broken AC broken furniture everything was dirty and disgusting they have bugs I don't know if it's bed bugs or fleas they have a stray cat roaming around where they serve food hotel is full of drug addicts

No elevator was sent to 3rd floor 3 flight of stairs only to see the room was not clean bathroom/shower was dirty AND the AC didn’t work! (103 degrees outside)After going up and down the stairs 4 times the manager moved to another room. Second floor AC worked but room was smelled like cigarette smoke no towels no toilet paper!

Staff here is awesome, always is great positive mood willing help. My room was big and clean. Staff is true reasoning why we keep comeing back stay here....

Green Pool very un safe, every hallway smelled horrible.

Room was not cleaned, bed was covered in hair and stains. Food left in fridge and microwave. Bed was broken. Burn marks and cigarette smell throughout the smoke free establishment. Bathroom outlet didn’t work towel rod was falling off the wall. Upon talking to front desk was informed I can cancel or clean the room myself. Was not offered or given compensation for the terrible room would highly suggest to avoid this place. I would have slept in my car over this hotel if it wasn’t as hot as it was

The photos on the website are extremely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. Despite being there for less than 30 minutes before deciding or travel party could not stay and leaving immediately, the hotel refused to authorize a refund through Expedia. I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution before booking this property. Our experience was nothing like what was advertised.

The small AC worked. It was SO dirty and gross. Only 2 of the plugs in the entire room worked securely. The shower curtain rod was falling off. There was no vent on the bathroom fan. The shower itself and walls were dirty and gross. The walls had stuff (who knows what) splattered all over them. The furniture was scratched and broken. Drawers were missing knobs. There were cigarette butts outside the window on the AC unit (in a nonsmoking room). The mattresses are DISGUSTING. We only had one set of towels in a room designed for at least 3 people. The lamp was broken, luckily there was another one. The room smelled like a sweet cigar. Or like someone tried to cover up the smell of smoke. The pool was green! ? If we were staying longer than a single night, we wouldn't have stayed.

Toilet was blocked and couldn’t be used

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. Pool was moldy green, rooms reaked of mold. Mirror falling off the wall, A/C wouldn’t turn on and cover was ripped off. Motel 6 would look like a Four Seasons compared to this place

Dirty ..bugs...tons of creepy people staying inside and out...smells like smoke and Marijuana on the 3rd floor....pretty sure escorts stay there...had to keep looking outside at my truck to make sure it isnt stolen by the rift raft thats stays here...

I didn't like the room. I wanted to leave the same day. I didn't feel save w my kids there. I couldn't lock the room, the TV didn't have channels, the blankets had holes on it, the floor had nails on it.

Site does not tell you the rooms are damaged and they have cats walking around inside the property. Checked out after 10 min of being there.
