Quiet and friendly staff.

The staff were always friendly when we walked inside. The amenities were minimal. We found basic soap, shower products, and linens were in the room. The tea/coffee making station in our bedroom was very simple and did not taste good. There was no carpet or rug in our bedroom, no closet or wardrobe, but there were a few helpful hangers on a pole that extended out of the wall. Breakfast was simple. We found an iron but no ironing board in the room, so we just used the bed. There was a fridge and microwave in our room which was nice to see. We chose thsi hotel specifically for the 24/7 business center that was advertised multiple times on the hotels.com listing. My husband was working with Europe and had to take calls through the night, so we were hoping there would be an enclosed office or conference room. When we asked the front desk, they had no idea what we meant by business center - they pointed to a computer on a small table in the lobby and said that was as much as they had. I felt the photos on the hotels.com listing were enhanced and suggested a slightly nicer stay.

Everything was great, the only complaint I have is the room floor we were staying wasn’t cleaned. It was dirty and could have been mopped. Other than that everything was great!

The room was clean and the A/C was quiet and kept the room cool. Overall I had a good stay. The elevator was slow and had a smell like oil or something. Other than that everything was nice and a friendly staff.

Rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good surrounding area was very quiet all around a good stay.

Great clean place, big bath tubs, staff is so so vary helpful n nice. Specialy there Graveyard front desk she is so so nice helpful just all around genuine person.

The staff was great First, I was given the key to an occupied room. Then the room I got didn't have a properly working bottom lock, and the floor and the tub were dirty.

There are roasters making loud sounds at 12:30am, 4:30am, and 7am. Grass cutting at 7:30am was also loud. It was impossible to get good sleep.

Bed was super comfortable. There is a resident rooster in the area giving out free wake up calls.

Dirty rooms showers dont have curtains room smells everything is bad I checked in and went to my room and left after 10 mins because I couldn’t stand the smell and how dirty the room was. Went paid more and found a better hotel and I was tryna get my money back and no refund

Ok room, clean, relatively quiet. Laundry room (coin operated; staff can change bills for quarters). Not a great neighborhood.

Single traveler. The room I checked into was the smallest I’ve been in since traveling in Europe. That said, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was exactly what I needed. The TV was small and the picture quality not good. As a bonus, the guy who checked me in had been smoking pot, and I nearly got high from just the residual aroma.

Nicolas Green was such a helpful manager on duty and helped us get into a clean room earlier to be able to head onto our Independence Day festivities.
