Adequate for a one night stay and that is about it

The air conditioning did not work and the TV was not programmed properly. Upon arriving on top of that about half of our stay, the electric did not work and the last day the plumbing stopped working. To top it all off, they tried to charge us a fee for our service animals. They tried to hold the service animals hostage inside our room and not let us in to the room without paying an extra $100 fee or getting their papers. When we gave them the papers for the animals, they still demanded the fee before letting us access the animals and even verify their condition of health. I'm going to do my best to get this place shut down

the bed was comfortable the water pressure and temp we good dead buds around the windows, dead bugs in every corner off the room. paint on the bottom off the bathtub coming up. there was someone talking from 1;30 am to 4; am outside their room. I was waiting for management to come and shut them up no one came. I could not leave fast enough.

It has amazing WiFi The rooms were dirty and so was the furniture and linens.

Live Roaches in the room. Towels were small and thin. Lightbulb was flickering and the ice machine never worked. They gave me a small ziplock baggie with ice at the front desk 2 nights in a row.

The room was disgusting and not clean at all, stickiness of something on the floors, bugs, stains on the bed, hair in the tub drain, and the doors were all tore up and looked like a bear had been in trying to get out. They asked if we wanted smoking or nonsmoking, we don't smoke, so got nonsmoking but it smelled like a dirty ashtray. A piece of tissue was stuck in the peephole so you couldn't see outside. There was food left in the refrigerator so not even sure the room had been thoroughly cleaned (NOT) cleaned at all more like it. One half a roll of TP was provided and only 1 wash rag, 2 towels and no hand towel for drying your hands after washing them. DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE ONLINE LISTING AND WAY OVER PRICED!!!

This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt!! Extremely dirty

I didn’t feel unsafe, but it was run down and the shower wasn’t the cleanest

The restroom was a mess. And the door to the restroom had punch holes in it. Also there was blood stains on the toilet and the floor of the bathroom. It wasn’t clean

The first room was dirty the toilet didn't flush and the room either had mud or something dried on the floor and they had no problem moving me to another room The second room i walked in the room and the first thing I see was a dead roach on the floor .so I went to sleep and woke up the next day and checked out

I do not know. We left because of bugs.

It was by the freeway I reserve on line then when I got there lady told me I had to pay a 30 deposit then went to the room dead bugs on the floor shower was dirty and old had rust terrible experience won’t be back and they didn’t even give me my deposit back

Nasty overall wouldn’t recommend

I liked the proximity to my appointment in the area. I didn't like that I paid for a breakfast that they didn't even offer and my room was out of toilet paper. There was still someone else's trash in the wastebin.

No care factor that nothing was available but was advertised and costed in price no refund offered for non available breakfast. Poorly dressed.

Didn't have one After we checked out they tried to charge my card 50.00 more.

The location. The room was dirty, whoever rented the room before us left items there. Towels where filthy.
