Best Western Plus Yukon

The whole experience at this Best Western was delightful. Spent 7 days in this hotel while visiting family. Drove from northwest Montana and stayed in a few other hotels along the way, this stay was the best by far. My grandchildren loved the pool when they came to visit. Great for family stays and the room was large enough for gatherings. Room service was top notch and the front desk was always available. The price of the room was also another delight as it was extremely affordable. 5 ⭐️

The night front desk lady was extremely helpful and sweet. I didn’t catch her name but she saved the day with more towels for us in the pool area. The room we stayed in had 2 doors. Both of the locks were broken so you had to slam the door really hard to close them or mess with it for a while to make sure it latched. The outside door blew open at night and woke everyone up. Took away from feeling safe in the room. The downstairs hallway to the bottom floor rooms does smell strongly of cigarettes. The pool was a big hit and I’m very grateful again for the front desk girl.

5 star service you can't beat it

Didn't know they still had smoking rooms. We ended up in one. Stunk. But the manager was very helpful as I booked the wrong night and was non refundable. He fixed it and allowed us to stay the immediate night with no penalty.

10 out of 10 ! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking another stay ! Clean atmosphere and staff were super friendly! Breakfast was amazing , shout out to all staff members!

Great hotel drive up parking and the room was superb. The shower heads really give you a great shower experience. Breakfast was decent coffee hot absolutely no complaints.

The room was clean and the ac in the room worked perfectly and cooled the room.
