Room could have been cleaner but the breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Was told I could check in early but got to room and it wasn’t clean yet. Came back after check in time and still wasn’t clean. They had changed my room from when I checked in earlier so gave me a different room and keys. Had trouble getting key to work so cleaning lady helped. Fire alarm went off at 3 am.

Front Desk check in staff was super helpful. The bathroom needs a refresh, the grout and caulk is cracked and looks pretty bad.

The beds were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the TV did not work at all at first. An employee succeeded in turning on the TV, but couldn't make it play the premium channels advertised. Street noise, a flickering light outside, noise from the next room, and a 4am fire alarm (false alarm) didn't promote great sleep. However, the hot breakfast was nice.

I loved that they had bacon, most hotels don't. the hotel pool was cool but not too cold, there were tons of clean towels, the housekeeping asked every day if there was anything we needed and she delivered in record time. I can't tell you how great that was! the breakfast lady can get lost in conversion and that sometime she doesnt notice that we had ran out of eggs and when you tell her she acts like that is impossible... when you put 4 scoops of eggs they are gone. the key cards kept erasing we had to ask for new ones every day of our stay. the last night they whole system crashed and the fire alarm went off at 4 am and I didn't get back to sleep till 7am. which sucked.

Low noise, location, friendly staff, breakfast and staff, No kleenex, broken toilet seat.

This place is clean and nice, and the staff is friendly. However, there is a dude that claims to be the managers son who goes around bothering people asking for stuff. Not a good look on this hotel.

Worth it

We came to Oklahoma and read reviews before booking. And very Disappointed. There was dog hair all over the floor the room smelled bad ( my daughter is allergic to dogs). The hotel had like 8 dead birds when we pulled up outside. Not a very good stay for the price I paid.

Elevator was sketchy and no inspection certificate. Staff left room door ajar 2 days in a row after servicing! Breakfast was great!

Plenty of parking. The employee who checked me in was very helpful. Breakfast was great. It had many selections and the hostesses were attentive. The pool was nice. I didn't like the dogs that were allowed. One peed in the elevator, but that wasn't the hotels fault.

Parking was well lit and convenient from hwy. Breakfast was ok, late one morning. Room was clean, shower handle was loose & inconsistent. Fitness room & pool were dirty. Treadmill didn’t work, elliptical buttons didn’t work & weight equipment was missing dumbbells and handles for machine. Pool didn’t really look too appealing either.
