Our room was huge! We were traveling with 3 kids and 2 dogs. Plenty of room for everyone.

The location, and the staff was very refreshing great customer service. Something thats hard to find these Days . They were awesome made us feel welcome The little gift now yall could do a little more than 2 bottles of water

The property was nice, although access is poor by design. Overly complicated to enter and exit. Also, there was apparently construction/renovations underway as there were multiple sea containers restricting traffic flow around the property. One was actually placed in front of the main entrance restricting access to the lobby. The staff was very polite and courteous and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was above normal in selections and remained well stocked. Other than the above mentioned issues, the only thing I had trouble with was the bed. It was just too soft for me and didn’t provide the level of firmness I require. My wife, on the other hand, thought it was fantastic!

The location was decent and the breakfast was good. It didn't seem very clean. There was insects in the pool and the beading was uncomfortable.

The suite is set up nicely for longer stays. Good coffee, always fresh. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice seating area inside and two different outdoor seating areas. Nice pool. Will stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. The rooms had nice kitchens with everything you could need which was wonderful because we were travelling with a pet. The rooms were very clean and quiet! I would totally recommend this hotel. I have stayed at many 4 star hotels that were not nearly as nice as this place!
