It was a bit warm in the atrium and the room was a decent walk from the desk. The bed felt like it had been slept in a lot on one side, there was a very distinct dip on that side of the mattress.

We love the Nanatole for a quick weekly getaway. The staff is always welcoming. The food on site is amazing. SER is top notch. The kids love Jaded Waters.

The hotel and staff are great. The room (or at least our room) was fine. Absolutely nothing special. It could have been any room in any hotel anywhere. Certainly not what I’d expect with what we paid.

Stay was outstanding and staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed during 4th of July weekend. Not a good idea to mix grown ups, alcohol teens/children all together. Especially when the parents don’t police their kids and the staff seems to turn a blind eye

Loved everything at our stay. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing and helpful. Our air conditioning wasn’t the best in our original room and they were very helpful and moved us to another room and even upgraded us for free due to the issue. 10/10 experience.

Definitely overpriced for what you get. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of amenities, however, the Jade Waters waterpark is very unorganized. You aren’t allowed to bring drinks:
