Baymont by Wyndham Albany at Albany Mall

The room was very clean. My sister and I was there for the weekend. The room was not serviced, but that was OK. We didn't need it! Johnnie took very good care of us. It was convenient to walk to some of the local stores and restaurants.

Excellent stay for two nights. Front staff very nice and inviting.

We were just passing through. I’m so glad it was near shopping centers. We also enjoyed the eateries within a mile or two away.

I love the location and the staff is always nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a plus and the area is spotless. Love staying here! It works for us so nothing.

The room had not been cleaned, when we arrived the toilet paper roll needed to be changed, the room did not smell clean. My husband called the front desk and was over talked about the room being clean. She wouldn't listen to him express his concerns. When I got ready to take a shower there was hair in the bottom of the shower and on the shampoo bottle. We went to speak with the front desk and be told us no one was available to clean the shower. We asked for cleaning supplies to clean our own room! When we first complained we were offered a refund and to go to another place but it was too late at night.

The best thing about the stay was the young lady at the front desk. The place was ok for one night stay.

Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. GREAT waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee. Employees were friendly, the place was clean and quiet. lots of places for your puppy to potty our air in the first room didn't work, first room we were switched to was dirty, bed not made, beer cans on the night stand, next room was GREAT!

The room needed attention. There was a tear in the top sheet and dried lipstick on the nightstand. The shower curtain rod was broken on one end so the rod was just resting on the top of the shower tile and hung a few inches into the shower floor. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. The doors had been painted but the paint is on the door handle base. We checked in after 8pm after driving 8 hours and left early to get back on the road.

Very nice and helpful clerk on front desk. Dead bolt did not work. Clerk unable to fix. Water pressure very low. Impossible to wash hair under shower head. Breakfast not up to standard of other motels.

Location Noisy ac unit and it’s really old. Lumpy bed and pillows.
