Suite was overpriced with broken appliances, missing appliances, and other missing necessities... Overall cleanliness needs improvement in common areas and room.

Sheets had sand or something in them even though the bed was made. I was asked twice about when I was leaving..once at around 8 and once around 1030. Check out says 11. I felt like I was being rushed to leave at an early time. Staff was friendly. Other people there were as well. It was clean there, just needed maintenance on things.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. The beds, and pillows were very comfortable. The door to the bathroom was literally coming apart about 2 inches from the bottom up coming off in what appears to be water damage. The air conditioner blew cool are but the humidity in the room was so bad we really didn’t rest well our last night there. Sadly, they have no options for Celiac. If you have no dietary restrictions the breakfast is delicious. The bacon was perfect. I personally feel with the number of Celiac and gluten intolerant people that is an option that should be offered. The facility was clean, but there were areas that could use come repair. The staff are definitely the star of the facility. Bacon is a close second.

The location was great for visiting my friend in near by Dawson. The only bad thing was that the pool was not open.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds are definitely 5 ⭐️so comfortable. The noise level was minimal. The hotel and room was clean and fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I’m normally not picky about this kind of stuff but pretty much every aspect of my room was disgusting. Broken tiles, moldy grout & curtain, & holes in the wall in the bathroom. The toilet was discolored and the seat was so worn it looked like the perfect surface for germs to cling onto. There were large dark stains all over the sticky carpet and visible drips of bodily fluids down the headboard, walls, and artwork. The sheets and towels felt barely washed. The shades were broken. The phone was broken. All of my coworkers reported similar conditions in their rooms so it wasn’t a one-off. The conditions of the breakfast area were similar. The snacks/drinks area was picked over, very low stock, and old. I have no idea how this hotel has 4.6 stars. The staff appears to not care one bit.

Breakfast Fresh. Ms. Geraldine & the other kind lady that worked that Sunday made sure all was well. I appreciate the two of them making sure it was just like breakfast at home!! Clean rooms, ample parking.

The outstanding customer service from the lady that checked us in was top notch. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Because of her, I will definitely come back for another stay.
