A once great hotel. 5 night stay, first room had towels and linens on the floor, not vacuumed or cleaned. Second room had 'many' toenails on floor outside the bathroom. Third room no plug, making bathtub unusable. Not even a single bar of soap. Forth room, again, no plug for the bathtub or bathroom sink. I went to call the desk only to discover the phone was just a prop, no cord. Smoke detector had been removed, I don't think it was even legal to rent. Breakfast, which used to be great, is now marginal at best, can't even get a piece of toast. Eggs of any kind, forget about it. Coffee was good though.

The room was a King bed suite type of room from the 1970's!!!!!! The refrigerator, stove, sinks....everything was OLD AND OUTDATED!!!! The windows had no curtains and blinds that fit only HALF of the window! The sinks dripped water and had to be maneuvered to an off position! The sheets were OFF WHITE with a brownish stain in the middle! It was after midnight and we just too exhausted to move rooms AGAIN!!! I used my clorox wipes to clean the bathroom and wipe down everything. I used my Lysol spray on the bedspread and chair where we sat out things! The guy that was on duty said that the cleaning is not up to standard because of high turnover, and its worse there than other places. He said they are working on getting the hotel up to standard with cleaning and other areas!!! WE SLEPT ON TOP of the bedspread and used our own blanket! We were out of there IMMEDIATELY at 6am!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! Hotels.com owes us a REFUND!!!!

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, we arroved and was told it was out of order. The bathrooms and carpet need replaced-stains yuk! The toilets squeeled when flushed and our room phone dodnt work when I jeeded tp call the front desk.

Staff was very nice and the room was fine. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable. It slid downhill from right to left so both my husband and I slept on a slant all night. While the hotel was fine, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the bed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast left a bit to be desired, but to be fair, it was a Sunday. The coffee was good, though. The room was nicely furnished, and even had a fridge and microwave, which was very convenient. I'd stay there again for sure!
