Great location, easy check in.

Came to see a friend breakfast was closed and the door to my room was difficult to open but room was clean staff was friendly would stay there again if I ever was to visit Albany again

The room, tub, and towels were nasty dirty. And the television did not work properly.

The staff was friendly and polite upon arrival. Parking was easy. And the location of the hotel served our needs perfectly. Our room, however, was acceptable. They should invest in a good detailed cleaning. Our rating would be higher if not for this aspect. That detail took a possibly stupendous experience down to acceptable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the entry doors locking at 11pm for security. Rooms and property were very clean.

Arrived at property at 8pm. Housekeeping had no rooms available unless we were willing to wait 1-1/2 hours for a room. Hotel cancelled our reservation and we went to another hotel. I expect a credit back from Expedia for the original booking.

Nice, clean exterior. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Checkin was quick and easy. Quite night stay, comfortable bed and super clean room.

Shower head needs replacing shots out 4 weak streams of water, stale order in the lobby and elevator. Carpet in halls need to be replaced. 3 star hotel. Almost 2.5 I needed a last minute hotel so it served it's purpose

The bathroom was not clean. The front desk seemed inexperienced and did not know how to resolve room payment challenges. The staff was nice and welcoming. I expected a different experience from a Courtyard.
