Unfortunately next door to us there was a dog who barked non stop. While the front desk was very nice they cound not get in touch with the the person in the room so it was not a pleasant stay.

I was extremely upset to find that the pool was not available!! I checked with Expedia prior to my trip to insure if the pool was operational. I did call your management team and a young did tell me she would speak with Management and she did. I did not enjoy my stay!!! It was very hot!!! and we were looking forward to getting in the pool. The resolve per your team was to give me points for when in use another hotel, that will never happen!! We were inconvenienced by this and should have been compensated while we were there not for an unknown future date.

I honestly didn’t have high hope due to the reviews but it was great. Staff were very nice, clean, cold room and breakfast was great. Give it a chance.

There was clearly some plumbing issues. Water was leaking in different places in tge hotel. There were trash cans catching dripping water. There was a tall trash can filled more than half full on the first floor. There was a water puddle in my room the first night. My sister wiped it up and we dismissed it. Sunday morning, my aunt's room on the first floor had a flood in her bathroom. The hotel needs some renovations terribly. The water pressure in my bathroom was awful. None of the ice makers worked in the hotel. It really wasn't a good stay. Pretty disappointing, actually.

No towels and wash cloths in the entire hotel. A big weekend like 4th of July and what all of the staff took off except the front desk and cook. No phone in the room or towel racks.

Awesome buffet breakfast. Rooms are great size. Staff super friendly and good location. Could use a bit more cleaning. Trash cans were full and floors had some garbage. Would recommend though

The rooms were clean on the surface, I had to change from the first room that I got because when I pulled back the covers one of the beds had tags from clothing under the covers, that let me know they didn’t change the sheets! The next room was clean even though the sheets on one of the beds had small spots on it the staff attendant brought me new sheets upon request and also got the tv to work for us. Staff was excellent! The breakfast was just that, hot breakfast, not too much to get excited about but it was hot, not too many choice but it was ok!

Having shopping areas around. The inside of the building and the room I was staying in need some touch up. Painting, in the bathroom a piece of tile feel off the side of the wall.
