Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albany

It was a dump. Could start by keeping entry doors clean, looks like they haven’t been washed in weeks . Call me if you want more info .

There was a mouse in my room on my first stay. Rooms were dirty and not well maintained. Top blanket had multiple stains/spots on them which led me to feel as though they were not cleaned between guests EVER. The hotel itself smelled terrible. Unfortunately this place was all I could afford and due to my age I had difficulty checking into other hotels so I stayed as long as I needed to but so relieved to be done working in that area.

Facilities are old and run down. The cabinet in the room looked like it was about to fall apart. Overall, not recommended

Exceptional

Desk clerk didn't seem to know what was going on. First room was on second floor in part f hotel with no elevator. I'm handicapped and can't climb stairs. Second room was on ground floor but smelled like an ashtray . Third room was passable after I killed a few spiders

But that was about it

Room was stinky, walls were filthy, furniture was “well used,” bathroom was in need of a redo. Bed was comfy. People’s belongings were in stairwell. People were “hanging around.”

Completely dirty and not sanitary, I only was there for two hours and checked out and requested a refund which they said they would. 20 days later now they still will not approve my refund so that booking.com can refund me I will never be using booking.com again or ever staying in that hotel ever again I hope the place burnt down.

It was unclear where to check-in (2 buildings). Shower neck leaked, shooting water all over the ceiling and onto the floor.

Plenty of parking The room didn't feel clean, the elevator wasn't operational, the hallways smelled HEAVILY of weed, the bedroom and bathroom seemed they were not done doing restoration of some sort.

I did not like anything.

Not bad on price, but not a good hotel experience. I found two cockroaches in our room (one alive and one dead). My feet were filthy after walking around on the bedroom floor for a few minutes. The shower curtain smelled very musty. Breakfast was just a coffee machine and a granola bar. On the upside, it was fairly quiet, the beds were fairly comfortable and seemed clean.

Only stayed 1 night, had booked for 2 weeks. After lots of noise and location. I Looked for a refund for the other dates not used. They said the refunded but on my bank statements it was pending, then they retracted refund. Never got it, out $1000.
