Quality Inn Albany Colonie

Rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious, and updated. Breakfast was just ok...could use some options of meat with the waffles. However, I did appreciate that hot food was provided and not just grab and go options. The front desk staff was friendly & efficient during the check-in process. Ample free parking available. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff barged in twice without knocking. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

Clean rooms. Only thing was breakfast was kinda boring.

Pretty awful place. Marajanna smell in room, ask for a new room. I was moved to another room on the otherside of the hotel, and the smell was even worse! The marajanna smell in the bathroom was

Outdated motel. Pool not inviting. Had to move from 1st room to 2nd room due to maintenance issues but the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and that room clean. Shady people hanging about outside and store next to motel had huge blue lighted camera to surveil their parking lot. Room was quite and dark and we slept well.

Room had a urine smell but once you in the room for more 5 minutes you don't notice the smell. Pool water was cold, my kids couldn't be in there for more than 3 minutes. Needs more breakfast choices besides having only waffles, bagel, bread slices cereal and juices. If none of those matters then it's an ok stay.

It was clean. The staff at front desk was horrible from time we arrived until we left. He was soooo mean. And idk what was going on across the hall from me but I got no sleep. Police was banging on doors at 8 in the morning when I just got to sleep at 3. I heard yelling and the door opening and close all night. Bad experience for a couple hour stay but I won’t be back.

Everything was good always able to relax

The location is very good I tried to sleep, and the AC was making a lot of noise. Refrigerator was making a lot of noise. Terrible sleep.

I stayed at this hotel last year to attend a wedding in Schenectady and my experience and stay eas great so i decided to stay there again this year to attend a festival nearby and we had a wonderful stay, the staff are very polite and kind, the rooms are clean and tidy. I would definitely be staying there in the future.

The check in was a little slow, the breakfast choice was very limited and the quality was bad

They had breakfast in the morning available and it was Convenient location to where I had to be. The price you pay the room should’ve been more clean. Everything seemed very dated, and there was a roach on my wall when you walk in this stone floor on one little part but the stones look filthy. Definitely don’t wanna walk, barefoot or in socks in the room, part of your prices that you could use the facilities, however, the indoor pool look like it had a nasty film of algea on top or definitely something the second you walked by the pool it smelt very pungent in there

Terrible strong smell in the hallway and room. A loud, shouting woman with TV blasting across the hall from me. I could not sleep.

Great value for the price. Great continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room furniture was a little worn, room could have been a little cleaner but fine for our needs. Friendly staff. We’d stay again.

Door didn’t lock from the outside moved rooms then there was no handle for the sink

The location is convenient — close to the airport and easy access to I-87. Check-in itself was quick and the front desk staff were polite. Parking was free and easy. The room had not been cleaned before check-in. The carpet had visible stains, and the air conditioning unit was visibly dirty and coated in dust, running it pushed a strong smell through the room. The odor was there the entire night and never went away. We were traveling with our young child and it was too late to move anywhere else.

Old and not clean. spider webs seen inside the room on top of the window. Beds are smaller than queen size. Breakfast option is less . Lots of weed smell
