Rooms The Man at front desk seem to have an attitude. Wasn’t warm or inviting.

The pool, breakfast, spacious rooms I originally booked a king bed and we got 2 queens instead. And the beds are bit stiff

Liked everything about this hotel. Appreciate the kitchen facilities. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary wine and snacks our first evening. The breakfast was very good. Staff at the front desk were welcoming and pleasant. I would stay here again, no question. Everything was just great. If I have to nit pick, I didn't like having the bed next to the bathroom area without a door. But that seems to be the way the room is designed.

Location was fine. Eggs & tatter tots were cold. NO sign stated what kind of muffins were in the case. The pillows cases were so wrinkled they looked like they were not changed. Glad I bought my own pillowcases.

Everything else was good. Shower pressure was great and stayed warm after 5 of us took a shower. That's a plus. I didn't like that the indoor pool was cold. I thought for the time if year it should have been warm. Kids were shivering.

The location The kitchen cabinets should have been wiped down. The bed needs to be replaced. The was a spring in my husband back and the mattress dipped in.

The property was nice, clean, very useful. I like the gym area it has more than two exercise machines. Dogs barking. Love dogs but when you are resting and then you have a dog barking next or around your room.

Everything..professional and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast..family place... Everything clean and beautiful place and decorations its my first time but no go to be last ... I love everything i only don't like that time its over

I loved the convenience of being so close to crossgates mall and so close to many restaurants! Have no complaints

The breakfast was good, and the water pressure was great! The handle in the kitchen would not stay up, we had to very carefully set the handle, so the water wouldn't keep running. The pool was very cold on the 1st night we were there and the 2nd night the pool was not even open due to a chemical imbalance, and the 3 young kids could not go swimming.

Staff was engaging and took every opportunity to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The breakfast room was ideal for a family gathering in the evening.

Room was not ready when I went to check in. Garbage was left in the room once I did check in. Very disappointed!!

The breakfast was good. It had lots of variety and was fresh every day. My room was not cleaned my entire stay. I had to ask for garbage bags and for towels. I continually asked and was told that it would be cleaned bur it never happened.

Clean, comfortable bed and near restaurants and the mall. Breakfast, needs more variety for the price.

The room is big and clean. Really great for our family. Wish there was at least one more blanket.
