The staff as wonderful! Nothing
-
will stay there again

Close to old downtown, staff were friendly and helpful, bed was very comfortable, tv was great and internet was quick. Prices significantly increased over the balloon fiesta weekend.

Gross. Blanket covered in stains. Not worth the money

Clean room and friendly staff. It has secured parking for hotel guests. Breakfast is free only if you book the room from Best Western website. Otherwise hotel guests would have 15% off on breakfast and dinner before 6:30 pm. The food at the restaurant is decent.

Very helpful staff!
-
Location Breakfast too limited, no obvious ala carte choices

This hotel is very convenient for access to Old Town. We have stayed here for several years and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and engaging. We will definitely stay here again. I also wanted to add that the staff at the restaurant was particularly kind and made our stay even more memorable.

The hotel provides shuttle service to Old Town and airport which is very convenient. Customer service was excellent, from front desk to dining room.

The location is everything. We were there with a tour, and booked the day before. On the day we got there, we were told the extra reservation had been canceled, but they did find a room for us. When I called a couple weeks before, they also could not find our room at first to confirm.

Room was nice size and very clean and quiet. Great location to Old Town. Expedia customers do not get breakfast included with their stay.
-
The TV would black out so I had to keep turning the TV off and on just to get the picture back on. Room #231 King size bed.

Need some improvement. Lobby doesn't look good.

Booking said free parking and breakfast included. BW said, you booked through a third party, breakfast is not included. They gave me the voucher anyway. The price but all other hotels were by the airport, off the highway we were traveling
