Best Western Plus Rio Grande Inn

Got this room for my daughter traveling back to Wisconsin. Told me it was great, loved art in room. She forgot her book and woman at next lent hers to my daughter. She was very impressed

The night staff was amazing and very helpful, the room was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in during our cross country move.

Front desk was very helpful. Room was nice. Hallway had strong cleaning chemical odor.

All the staff was very helpful at this hotel. The room was clean and cool. The breakfast the next morning was exceptional.

The room was clean and comfortable, especially the mattresses and pillows! Loved the citrus hand and body wash and lotion!

Would stay/eat here again. Kids loved the pizza!

The entrance is a bit awkward to get into, however, the property is lovely, there's a restaurant available - though pricy. The food was good! They don't provide face washcloths and the lotion container was empty. Liked the location, the pool, and the friendly staff.

I liked the location and the rooms, restaurant and staff. I didn’t like that our A/C didn’t work and when we tried to get help we were basically blown off So we had a room temp of 75/78 all night and were so hot.

No hot water. No coffee. No breakfast. Management didn't handle the issues at all. Things can go wrong but good customer service keeps it becoming a nightmare.

Propane leak and fire department blocked my car from entering secure parking. Attendant did not help steward
