Best Western Plus Rio Grande Inn

Passing through Albuquerque and booked this place. The location is kind of weird and difficult to get in and out of but the staff was super helpful and friendly, and the little restaurant they have onsite was great and the server staff was great as well. No complaints about the room; would definitely stay here again if passing through in the future.

We just use the property to sleep and shower. So, everything was good. We didn’t interact with anyone else at the property. Location is great and very convenient.

Clean room but air wasn't working properly and sink was clogged

Place has gone downhill. Arlington dogs. No as clean as before. Restaurant out of Carne Adovado in the morning. About 10 Kleenex in the box. I have stayed here many times but will likely stay somewhere else in the future

The property was clean but it is an older hotel with older bathroom features. The room, while very clean, had a mild musty smell. The staff was very nice. They do not have a hotel market but rather a vending machine with limited choices.

We got 2 rooms at this place, I checked the reviews which alot of people say the beds are comfortable, which they are. The breakfast always super good, the coffee machines excellent, hot water perfect,. The only thing in one of the room is that the air- conditioner is old and not working well ,only one side worked and very poor cooling. The room felt warm, comparing to the other room that you can tell it was a new system was nice and cool even nice and cold . We didn't say anything because we didn't spend time in the room we just came in to sleep which we would shower and open the window and it was ok. We will probably not have to go to Albuquerque again but if we ever come back we will get a room here I would probably say is 443 available:) because that room is nice and bright and the air-conditioning is super.

Everything was convenient and helped get us out in an efficient manner.

Overall wonderful experience, rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were helpful with any needs or requests. Will definitely be my go to for future visits, also had bistros for close by eats and drinks. On-site bar and restaurant also was wonderful plus.
