A beautiful traditional hotel with amazing views over Albuquerque. Friendly staff. Lovely pool. Recommend room 719.

Elegant, beautiful hotel in a great location

The staff and grounds are wonderful. So is the location near Saw Mill and Old Town. The rooms are big and bathrooms have been updated. The room we stayed in had an A/C unit that was incredibly loud. We had trouble sleeping. The bed was not comfortable. The hotel is historic and had several beautiful weddings the day we stayed. It seemed overpriced as the rooms, especially hallways and decor need to be updated.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel in downtown ABQ, close to the very walkable Old Town. Great amenities and updated rooms. Will stay again!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was awesome! Great location! Walking distance to so many great restaurants.

Excellent location, excellent staff, wonderful pool. Highly recommend.

The lady Manager on front desk so rude

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small and the shower head isn't the best. We had ants in the main room. The breakfast was not good. My eggs weren't cooked enough and they left the meat out of the omelette. The property is very nice and well kept and close to a lot of things.

Food and bar service at the pool had to shut down early due to inclement weather but it was still pleasant to enjoy late in the evening.

I really wanted to like this hotel, but it was just an okay experience all around. It definitely seemed run down, and there were odors in the carpeted hallways and in our room near the AC unit (mold?). The hot water in the shower wasn't always there so we had a couple of cold washes. The phone in the room didn't work. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was really disappointing (I didn't know one could ruin oatmeal, but they did). The bright spot was using the amenities next door at Hotel Chaco, like their rooftop restaurant and spa. The shared pool was also very nice. I recommend you pay the extra money and stay at Chaco, which is a sister property. It is worth it!

The landscaping is amazing. Lots of outdoor space to relax in. There is an upscale food court a block away. Very nice

Absolutely beautiful! This hotel is so nice, it was very clean and the staff was SO nice. Would absolutely recommend!!
-
Fabulous location, super helpful staff and the pool was absolutely perfect for our 4 & 6 year old.
-
Excellent! My only critique: a sign by the fountain to the pool.

Hotel was nice, but nothing amazing. Free parking was a plus. Room didn’t have a hairdryer and it took multiple calls an an hour to get one. They were nice enough to give us a $50 voucher for breakfast in the lobby restaurant for the wait. Room was clean. Nothing really over the top as far as amenities in the room. They gave a bar of soap and a small bottle of lotion. Body was, shampoo, and conditioner were supplied in the shower.

Beautiful traditional style southwestern hotel. Magnificent view from every room. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Beautiful grounds and pool. We stay here often.
