Hotel Chaco

The hotel was very nice but the restaurant was overpriced. After we checked out my wife realized that she had left an expensive blouse in the closet of the room. She called the front desk for assistance but couldn't get anyone to go check the room for it and it was never turned in by housekeeping. We will not be going back and will not recommend it to our friends.

On the positive side, staff was very friendly. Brought a microwave up to the room upon request. Free valet made it very convenient, especially with a baby. Didn’t dine at the top floor restaurant, but checked it out at night and it looked great! Across the street is a very convenient food court with some very good vendors.

The rooftop bar was wonderful. We had a beautiful view with drinks and appetizers. Service was fabulous! Highly recommend.

Hotel was amazing - clean and very up to date. The rooms were spacious and was about a ten minute walk to the historic district. The Level 5 restaurant was spectacular - the food was elevated but comfortable, and the views can't be beat. Do not miss visiting this.

Great location. Old town a short walk, Sawmill Market (great place to eat) across the street.

This was the best hotel we had lived on our 10days drive. The entire hotel was spotless. There is an art in everything that you see. We loved it.

Stayed at Hotel Chaco unexpectedly after a flight was canceled. Staff was welcoming and super helpful with dinner recommendations, everything was super clean, and the room had extra amenities that we appreciated.

Loved the outdoor pool and the bougie gift shop. Excellent decor, clean and very friendly staff.

I really like the rooftop restaurant and especially like the Architecture of the Hotel. The only negative thing is that there really isn't enough storage in the room. Everything else was great.

We are very travelled and you the staff at Hotel Chaco is one of the best. This includes multiple world class, five star resorts, and hotels around the world.
