Upon our arrival and check-in, we were welcomed by the gentleman who assisted us. He recommended the hotel’s rooftop restaurant for dinner, which turned out to be an incredible experience. The farm-to-table cuisine was fresh and delicious, complemented by a breathtaking city view. Our server was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. To start our day, we indulged in freshly brewed coffee, which set a positive tone for the rest of our visit. Every staff member we encountered displayed genuine friendliness, which truly enhanced our overall experience.

The front desk was staff was excellent! They were friendly and helpful always. Despite me giving four stars in the area of cleanliness, the hotel was very clean. I gave it four stars because when I wanted the room cleaned (I generally kept a do not disturb sign on my door), the housekeeper did not sweep or clean the bathroom. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. One piece of advice to the hotel would be to hire doormen who are friendly and speak to guests. There was one who was very unfriendly.

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were friendly and the rooftop bar has amazing views and great drinks.

THE VALET GUY WHO WAS A LARGER GUY WITH NO HAIR AND A BEARD WAS HORRIBLE. Three adults got out of a van with large luggage bags and not one time did he say “hello, can I help you, do you need the luggage cart”. He looked at us and put his head down. He didn’t even get the door. Throughout our stay he was the same. He should not be in a customer service position. Especially if he is the first person your guest will see. We were a group of 24. We arrived at different times and everyone said his response was as I mentioned above. I’m sorry I can’t remember the names of the staff at the front desk, but they were all awesome my friendly and very helpful. It’s unfortunate that your valet responded to your paying customers the way that he did. It’s also unfortunate that when I share my experience with friends, family and coworkers, I am going to share that experience as well.

Lovely stay at Hotel Chaco. Beautiful design. Quiet. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding! Didn't really take advantage of the amenities as the weather didn't cooperate when we tried to go the pool (closed for a thunderstorm). Stunning restaurant/bar on the top floor with great views and cool vibe. Complimentary coffee bar in the morning (including expresso drinks). Walked to Old Town ABQ and the Sawmill Market across the street for dinner one night (pizza was great!). Room would be even better if the lighting was a little lighter -- needed help getting to the bathroom at night. Nightlight or better yet, motion light there? Would definitely stay here again, but would request a room with a balcony (and one that is not on a corner with visbility into our room from another room). Staff member who greeted us at check in was kind and welcoming but spoke so fast I had to ask her to repeat what she said, like 3-4 times.
