From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, our stay was exceptional. Every single person we encountered made us feel genuinely welcomed. The beautiful décor and ambiance set the tone immediately, but it was the incredible staff that truly made this hotel unforgettable. A special thank you to our valet team, Noah at check-in, and everyone at the fifth-floor restaurant. The service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight of our stay—not only were the views absolutely breathtaking, especially at night, but I also had the best appetizer I’ve ever had at a hotel restaurant. The next morning we returned for brunch and enjoyed the same spectacular views in daylight. Alexandria took wonderful care of us and made the experience just as memorable with outstanding service. One of the things we appreciated most was that so many amenities were included with our stay. We loved the beautiful pool, the well-equipped fitness center, and the fact that weekend yoga classes are offered at no additional cost. It made the experience feel like a true getaway rather than just a hotel stay. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the robes and slippers were such a thoughtful luxury touch. Every detail—from the décor and amenities to the exceptional hospitality—made us feel relaxed and cared for. This is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it!

I have stayed at Hotel Chaco often on for six years. The quality of service has gone down. Television access to Netflix and other programs was removed without the ability to stream from your phone due to the fact the rooms do not have smart TVs. Air conditioning is limited in the rooms. The biggest concern I have is the amount of pets over 35 pounds that are staying in the rooms. My colleague and I left with multiple flea bites and did not bring dogs with us. My recommendation is if you were going to allow huge dogs in the rooms it should be segregated to a certain area so that people without pets do not have to endure flea bites. There were dogs on the floor that barked continuously. I have stayed in four and five star hotels and not had this issue.

    Great hotel

We live in NM and stay here almost every time we overnight in Albuquerque. In our opinion it's the be st hotel in town. If you want to explore Old Town it's in easy walking distance. The Sawmill Market (restaurants and bars in a single spot) is right across the street. It's also within easy driving distance of many spots and is much better than a motel along I-25 or I-40.

    Never again.

Overall, it's a nice hotel and well kept. Everything was great, except for some issues in the room. Bathroom fan did not work, the refrigerator did not work well at all. The television did not connect to wifi for is to watch Netflix, and lastly seemed like the room was not sound proof very well.

Hotel Chaco near Old Town and Sawmill Market was very comfortable and modern with high end finishes and a nice pool/patio area. "Free" valet parking is included in the Resort Fee which is in addition to your room rate. They also allowed us to self-park in the rear lot reserved for valet parking. There's free coffee in the lobby in the morning, but no other takeaway food or snacks. Breakfast is available from the Level 5 restaurant after 8am. We dined at the restaurant on the rooftop patio on a Saturday morning and there were only 2 other tables occupied. Service was friendly and food was good, but it was a ghost town. Evenings there are more lively it seems. The rooms have excellent blackout curtains, but there's design feature to be aware of: The shower has a semi frosted glass panel wall that allows anyone in the room to see into the shower. At night, that glass panel also lights up a dark room if you need to use the bathroom, as there's no discreet night light or dimmer switch in the bathroom.

This hotel is classy and not pretentious. Our deluxe room was very clean, spacious and had two wonderful decks. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was fabulous and the 5th floor has a must see rooftop restaurant bar that should not be missed. Gorgeous views and a great place for a sunset snack and drink. Great location - head across the street to the food hall for a wide range of local bites. Highly recommend this property.

This is an amazing hotel. The design is gorgeous and the staff so gracious. I love everything about this hotel. It embraces the culture of Albuquerque. The location is perfect for seeing old town and the roof top bar restaurant with its sweeping views of the mountains, makes you understand why the locals love it.
