Hotel Chaco was a wonderful experience. Beautiful, clean, great staff and location.

Such a beautiful hotel and so close to old town, Albuquerque! All of the amenities and areas of the hotel are exceptionally clean and taken care of. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant with 360 views of Albuquerque and the Sandia mountains in the distance. This would be my go to place Tuesday when in Albuquerque.

Excellent couple of days at Chaco the valet and free lattes while might seem small was some of the best small touches.l that makes you like this place. Also the staff were genuine and friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is in good location not far from everything but just out of the way if you know what mean to be peaceful and relaxing. We had some time and visited 2 other hotels we were considering to get a feel and very happy with our choice. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting ABQ for first time to stay here.

Great hotel with a fantastic rooftop bar.

Everything was perfect. Wonderful views, excellent dining. Convenient to shopping and other dining options. Cisco at the restaurant level 5 and Noah at the front desk made our stay memorable.

But most of all, when we tell our friends about Hotel Chaco, we will try to recreate the wonderful quiet ambiance of adobe, water, and rustling leaves .... We cant wait to come back!! Well done!!

My favorite hotel in Albuquerque. Not only beautiful, but excellent service and cleanliness. Comfortable beds and wonderful bathroom facilities. Love the staff! I’m always a little worried about the parking security.

The hotel is nice and in a good location that is close to most things. The room was clean and nice. Free coffee in the morning was a big plus. There was a restaurant onsite plus many other places to eat within walking distance. If you get a room with a balcony, the balcony door did not have a lock. That makes you feel a little less secure. Also, the cost was a little high for what you get.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, on all aspects. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel ..will definitely stay here again!!

Everything was won’t. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. The Spa was amazing. We enjoyed our few days there.

Upon our arrival and check-in, we were welcomed by the gentleman who assisted us. He recommended the hotel’s rooftop restaurant for dinner, which turned out to be an incredible experience. The farm-to-table cuisine was fresh and delicious, complemented by a breathtaking city view. Our server was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. To start our day, we indulged in freshly brewed coffee, which set a positive tone for the rest of our visit. Every staff member we encountered displayed genuine friendliness, which truly enhanced our overall experience.

The front desk was staff was excellent! They were friendly and helpful always. Despite me giving four stars in the area of cleanliness, the hotel was very clean. I gave it four stars because when I wanted the room cleaned (I generally kept a do not disturb sign on my door), the housekeeper did not sweep or clean the bathroom. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. One piece of advice to the hotel would be to hire doormen who are friendly and speak to guests. There was one who was very unfriendly.
